Econo Lodge Philadelphia Airport

My wife and I stayed there overnight for 1 night only. We thought that the room was very nice for what we paid. Like I said we only stayed overnight, and got in late. The desk clerk called me by name as I walked in. Very nice touch, guess I was the last reservation that hadn't shown for the night. I would recommend this hotel to friends, and would stay there again.

Stayed just for one night before traveling to the Phillie airport super early in the morning. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were what you'd expect for the price. I can't complain.

First disappointment was that we booked for the Econo Lodge but found out that it had been burned down and was therefore not in operation. We were given accomodations at the Quality Inn. The room we were allocated was not cleaned when we went in so we called the front desk about that. After waiting for about 15 minutes we went back to the front desk and they issued us with a new room. After we unpacked we discovered that the carpet on one side of the bed was soaked wet so we called agained and got transferred into a third room. The location was great and the breakfast was excellent. The overall service and location was good for the price.

Baddddddddddddddddd !!!!!

I was there with a group of friends to watch the wrestling NCAA National tournament. We just wanted a cheap place to stay. We were only there to sleep pretty much, so the place got the job done. It was quiet at night, clean enough, helpful staff, shuttle to the airport. Nothing special but I've been in worse.

It was old and outdated. It made you feel unsafe. It gave the appearance of a place where unlawful acts were done. [...]

Room smelled clean thanks to excessive air spray, but carpet was dirty. Paint was peeling off of the toilet seat (yes, it was painted). Carpet must have been laid over holes in floor as walking across room there were multiple dips severe enough to trip. "Free continental breakfast" was provided by Hunan Garden Chinese restaurant next to hotel prior to the restaurant's own hours of operation instead of being served by the hotel itself. This was too strange for me so I passed. This hotel is in a bad area, so I'm just thankful that my car wasn't stripped or stolen during the three hours I was actually able to sleep. I would have offered my feedback to the hotel at time of checkout, but at 5:45 AM the door to the lobby was locked so I had to leave my room key in the room and drive myself to the airport. I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me.

First room they gave me was not clean at all and the TV was on, second and third has door problem and finally forth was acceptable. The cleark at desk was young kid who does not like to listen that the first room was not clean from previous oocupant and second and third has door lock problme where the card does not work. free shuttle to the airport was only good point.

ease of access to local Airport

wE GOT LOST AND TRIED TO CALL THE HOTEL BUT NO ONE ANSWERED TO HELP US. ONCE WE GOT TO OUR ROOM AND SETTLED DOWN TO GET SOME SLEEP THERE WAS ROAD CONSTRUCTION RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR ROOM AT 2:30 AM . AGAIN I TRIED TO CALL THE DESK AND THE NIGHT STAFF WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE SO I WALKED DOWN TO THE OFFICE IN MY PJS. THE LODGE WAS FULL AND HE DID TRY TO CALL THE QUALITY INN WHICH WAS NEXT TO US AND THEY WERE FULL. WE HAD TO WAIT UNTIL 4:00 AM FOR THE CONSTRUCTION TO BE COMPLETED AND THEY MOVED UP THE ROAD. WHAT A NIGHT.
