Rude hotel Manager, too loud
The hotel was cheap so we were not expecting anything crazy. We got to the hotel and they didn't have the room available that we had booked, the manager put us into a smaller room, without the amenities that we booked. He did still charge us the full amount of the room that we had booked. I would not go to this hotel! Its right next to highway 30 so it is convenient but its very loud with trucks. Overall- not a good decision to stay here!
