Leisure Trip
Continental breakfast meni offering needs some attention. Employee training needs to focus on replenishment of menu items, especially during peak service times. Food equipment needs to be in working condition...one waffle batter dispenser was totally out of commission and the other needed adjustment for dispensing ease. If not, it too will be broken soon.

Pleasantly Surprised
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for several days while attending a conference in early spring. The room was very reasonably priced. The room had a comfortable, home-like feel. The staff was friendly and courteous--more than I would expect--though we didn't require any special assistance. The one negative was that the hotel was out of toothbrushes when we stayed. It was a problem easily solved by a trip to the store. If you're used to 5-star hotels, this probably isn't a place for you. But if you are traveling with family on a budget, I think you'll be very pleased.

hanging out on easter
My girlfriend and I stayed here Easter Evening 2013, and it was cool. Its close to everything so finding dinner and a store to buy beer was close by. Hotel was average and bed was comfy. Sheets were clean and amenities were average, free breakfast was deelish!, but the coffee was watery (prob. to save on costs) but its all good. Id recommend it. Good deal, fun, clean, and free breakfast! Thanks for reading! _JW

great breakfast, not a great room
We arrived and for some reason our reservation was not logged with the hotel, but they honored our Cheap Tickets reservation confirmation and had two "extra" rooms they let us have. Staff was nice. Complimentary breakfast of waffles, eggs, fruit, cereal, juices, coffee, etc. was delicious! Room was outdated and not clean -- bathtub needed a good scrubbing.

Wedding overnighter
Hotel was nice. Lobby clean and up to date. Room was clean. Bathroom on the other hand was a bit nasty. The tub was painted instead of replaced and the paint was chipping off. Mold on the tub surround walls. Bed was comfortable. Pillows flat.

You get what you pay for
We got a great price on this hotel, in a great location. The bathroom was not clean, and we had to call three times to get it taken care of. The tub had a hair in it, and soap scum on bottom and sides like it had not been cleaned at all. When she finally came (a maid from another floor, she was very nice, and the desk manager took prompt action when we finally reached him. (Had talked to someone else previously...owners? Don't know. Had strong accents) Other than that, we slept well and enjoyed our trip.

Diener's family restaurant in Soudersburg on Rte. 30 is a great value in a buffet. Delicious food. Be prepared to wait a while...it's almost always busy!
