You get what you pay for

We got a great price on this hotel, in a great location. The bathroom was not clean, and we had to call three times to get it taken care of. The tub had a hair in it, and soap scum on bottom and sides like it had not been cleaned at all. When she finally came (a maid from another floor, she was very nice, and the desk manager took prompt action when we finally reached him. (Had talked to someone else previously...owners? Don't know. Had strong accents) Other than that, we slept well and enjoyed our trip.

Diener's family restaurant in Soudersburg on Rte. 30 is a great value in a buffet. Delicious food. Be prepared to wait a while...it's almost always busy!

What you would expect from a Red Roof.

It was a simple room, though the king size bed was smaller than my personal queen size bed. It was comfortable and clean, and what you would expect from a Red Roof. The pillows were too hard, and the bed was too soft, it kinda felt like sleeping on jello it moved so much. However, the breakfast was way better than I expected and the location really could not be beat. It was on the road with a ton of shopping and just a short drive from some very scenic locations.

Perfect for the price

nothing extraordinary but nothing bad: clean, friendly, good hot breakfast, just enough towels, mattress kind of hard, for the price I would say it was actually better than I expected

Trip to Lancaster

The room was teeny tiny. Bathroom sink area is miniscule. What was very annoying was seeing busload after busload after busload drive in. Was hoping for a much quieter place. The location is decent. Within walking distance to two restaurants. The pool area is ok. Impressed by the cleanliness of the pool. Unlikely that I would go back there again.
