Full-service Lancaster hotel offers a magnum of fun
Vacationing families appreciate the resort feel of the Magnuson Hotel Lancaster, where indoor and outdoor pools, a game room, and a basketball and a tennis court are all available. Also, two of the biggest area attractions, Dutch Wonderland and outlet shopping, are within walking distance. Rooms are nicely equipped and even boast heated bathroom floors for a little extra comfort. Hotel Stay
The hotel was in a perfect spot. Had a great room with a wonderful view (not expected) of a golf course and pond. Room was large and spacious, but outdated. Free breakfast was, well, free (could have a better selection). Overall, would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

I expected more because of the name Ramada and was disappointed. They took over a Quality Inn and really made few improvements. The rooms need a lot of updating. We had to wait until almost 4PM to get clean towels.

Very Old Hotel
I really hate saying anything negative but the hotel is really really old. If you just want a bed to sleep in that's not real expensive (there was cheaper) then this is the place. Good location for Lancaster (across from Dutch Wonderland and near outets).

Location great, the rest terrible.
Recently renevated but not a good job, still same old fixtures. Mattress hard and not comfortable, could hear the people talking with normal voices in next room. Breakfast was not well taken care of, things empty and not refilled, waffle maker not working, substituted cold pancakes. Would not stay there again or recommend.

A great place to stay
We found everything to be above our expectations and would definitely use Ramada Inn again. The room was large and comfortable, the bed was comfortable, and even the bathroom floor was heated. The only thing I was slightly disappointed in was the balcony was under repair and we couldn't use it.

Great Location, BUT...
It took 2 hours to check in. Our room wasn't cleaned for 2 days so we asked for towels and never got them. I had to ask on the third day to have room cleaned but still had to go back to desk to get towels. We had heavy rain and the windows all leaked floor was soaked and no one ever tried to help with the problem.

Under Renno At Time Of Booking
Woulda been nice to know that the hotel was being rennovated. Computer problems at check in. Windows leaked rain water all over floor in room. Hopefully its all fixed after the rennovation, which, is underway as of 8/2011. Call before booking....... Last minute booking due to being evacuated for hurricane so it did in a pinch......

This hotel was a nightmare.
A noisy room with view on the road impossible to change. The cost of the room US $ 109/night totally excessive in comparison with the confort conditions. The pool opened at 10.30 AM only. Currently, a noisy messy working to restore the reception desk. A not pleasant staff All the conditions are reunified for a nightmare Week-end.
