Full-service Lancaster hotel offers a magnum of fun
Vacationing families appreciate the resort feel of the Magnuson Hotel Lancaster, where indoor and outdoor pools, a game room, and a basketball and a tennis court are all available. Also, two of the biggest area attractions, Dutch Wonderland and outlet shopping, are within walking distance. Unbelievable
It is difficult to know where to start. This "three star" hotel, with rooms +$100, should be inspected by officials from the local building department for cleanliness and deterioration. The place is in such a state of disrepair, it is hard to know how they stay in business, let alone call themselves "Ramada". Changed rooms 3 times. Even the staff agreed this was no place to stay.

Dirty,Very Dirty!!
Dirty! There was not even a cup to rinse our mouths! No towels clean,they had to find us some! The pool water was filthy! I would not recommend to anyone! Staff! what staff,we did not see anyone but the front desk lady! The breakfast woman sat on a chair the whole time we were there! did not move. very unhappy

Needs an complete upgrade.
the entire hotel needs to be upgraded. the elevator is so old, I almost didn't know how to operate it. No floor numbers to let u what floor your going to, just an up button and a down button. The only good thing about this hotel is there is a country club called Low Places in the downstairs. So if you wanna have a few drinks and not drive home, you can just walk right up to your room.

Old hotel in need of updating
Staff was pleasant and responsive. Interior was old and rundown.Our room had holes in the carpet. All king rooms faced the road, so the street noise was annoying. There weren't enough towels for us to have what we needed. We will not be staying there again!

Traveler for ever
Not worth the money !
Problems checking in, messy room, no pillow cases. I rather pay somewhere else for breakfast than getting the free breakfast.Good location but the hotel is very old. The elevator needs maintenance. It was pretty scary been in that elevator. I am not going back ever.I do not recommend it .

This hotel suited our needs of staying overnight in Lancaster. It is showing its age but location and price are reasonable.

Good value/good location
We were greeted by the desk clerk and checked in without any problems. We found the room nice & clean & comfortable. It would have been nice if the workout room were open a bit later for late arrivals.

Decent enough place for the price in off season
Hotel lobby was overwelmingly roomy. Not that many places to sit and relax. Other the. Besides the front fasade outside, the rest of the hotel is showing its age. Main elevator was pretty small and clunky and only one for such a lengthly building. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. All in all not a bad place for the $65 we paid for the off season, but it looks like the place was once an entertainment meca that hasn't seen an update since the 80's. if you just need a room it's good.
