The hotel was very good, there does need to be some repairs especially when it came to our room the window that was towards the back where we could walk out to see the pond had a massive crack,

Not bad for the price

No frills, but very acceptable for the price. If you're looking for value and a place to rest, this is a good place.

Not Bad

The room was a last minute decision on a Saturday night. The price was more than reasonable, the room itself wasn't bad. Definitely better than the other low end hotels/motels in the area.

Fixer Upper

It is obvious that this property has great potential and with cosmetic review it would be beautiful again. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays and very inviting. From the amount of workmen and rolls of carpet it looked as though there were plans, but it is noted that they will take a while. For the price it was still a good bargain, just nothing like what you expect from Ramada.

Shopping at the outlets was wonderful for the holidays and many of the stores had already reduced their prices.

One of the Best Ramadas Anywhere

We liked the stone accent walls in the hotel and the view was very nice with a pond and a golf course. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Avoid this hotel if possible

This hotel, once a fine resort property, is on its last legs. Badly worn, in need of substantial maintenance (the water leaked, there were some insects in the room), the young man at the reception desk addressed me by my first name, although I am old enough to be his grandfather. The best thing the owners can do is to tear the place down and start over. Sleep in your car before you stay in this Ramada. Definitely damages the brand.

Good value for money

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We got a non-smoking room, and it was a non-smoking room - unlike places where they say it's non-smoking, but as soon as you enter the room, you could smell the cigarettes. And the nice thing is they get pre-authorization for any violation of their policies - non-smoking, and no-pets - an excellent idea in my opinion. The continental breakfast is good - nothing to brag about - and the breakfast place is spacious. This is located right across Dutch Wonderland, and we visited Dutch Wonderland, and Hershey Park (40 minute drive from here). The staff is very friendly, and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! (The reason for not 5 stars is that if 5 meant perfect, this is not perfect - but for 99% of us, the difference between 4 and 5 is not worth the cost - since we use the hotel only for someplace to crash for the night after a long day at the theme parks).

Avoid this hotel

Room service was slow. A light was out and was never fixed despite repeated requests. Garbage cans in the hallway were overfilled.

If I could give this hotel less than one star I would.

Yesterday we discovered the filthiest, most disgusting, nastiest hotel we've ever set foot in. Someone could very seriously film a horror movie in this hotel. I'm talking mold, mildew, and water stains on the walls and ceilings, dirty carpets, dirty walls, dirty carpets, a bathroom that looked like it wasn't cleaned any time in this decade, a pool that was so dirty and murky I couldn't see the bottom even in the shallow end, cigarette burns in the coverlet, dirty sheets, three phones in the room -- not one that was in working order, two TVs -- one remote, that didn't work on either TV, no coffee machine, no hangers, and the little shampoo bottles looked like they were used. We weren't there too long before I demanded a full refund and we left.
