My experience with the hotel and staff was great, and we have stayed here a few times before this instance, and we have always loved it. This time however, I was not satisfied simply because of our loud neighbors that screamed until 2:30 am every night and smoked right outside our room. The walls were paper thin, and we heard everything they said and did even when they weren't screaming, so I did not sleep at all the whole weekend. Below us, there was a group of people up and yelling at 6:30 am on a Saturday morning, which we heard all of, so apparently the floors are paper thin as well. The room was also pretty hot, even with the air on. If you have good neighbors and you are in the section with King size beds, it is much quieter and relaxing. Overall, I have liked this hotel in the past quite a bit, and it is a great value.

We arrived late after seeing a play at the Dutch App[le Theater. It was dark and cold and we were glad the motel was not to far away. It took very little time to check in and find our room. It was quiet and the TV and everything worked in the room. I could have used an extra blanket even though the room was comfortable. I liked having lots of pillows. The furniture looked beatup but for the price that wasn't a problem. The breakfast was good expecially the waffles.

A nice place at a fair price. Clean and staff did a good job. Breakfast was a little light for hotels in this price range.

The staff who greeted us was accommodating but didn't tell us that the entrance we needed to use with our car was barely visible from the road, resulting in our circling around and being frustrated when we arrived at the entrance to the rooms. The room was clean and adequate. The wireless was slow, and the TV reception wasn't perfect. For a quick stopover, it was fine. Breakfast was so very ordinary for these hotels. In retrospect, we should have kept driving and just gone home. Nothing special about it, but it was adequate.

Staff was good trying to handle issues but stating because I didn't book my stay direct they could not refund my money.

I've traveled for most of the 30 years I've been in business. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The rooms were poorly cleaned, the bedding was not changed daily, and had numerous holes in the sheets and comforter. We kept our luggage on a chair as the floor looked questionable as far a cleanliness goes. I asked at the front desk about operating vending machines and there was only one that was out of order. The ice machines were all empty. There were no other services offered at this location at all. ie: restaurant, bar,cafe. I usually use Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inns but both were full and we made this trip at the last minute. There are numerous hotels in the area, so make sure you find one of them before using this facility.

this hotel was one of the worst hotels i have seen in a long time. the place was ghetto....dirty...and scarey. we did not stay there. opening the door to the room was enough to let us know we would not dare sleep in that room. i am surprise to find it in orbitz catalog!!

None of the ratings can go above average because the dining room was in pretty bad shape. Despite the best efforts of the single person assigned to keep things stocked and clean, the room needed more attention. The hotel should assign at least two people to the dining room at peak use periods.

The hotel was average. It was nothing more than I would have expected for the cheap price. The pool was nice and my 4 year old daughter could touch in the 3 ft section which made it easier. Often the low ends are 4 feet and so I have to hold her the whole time. The hotel is very close to food and stores. There is a walgreens and cvs within sight and several fast food restaurants as well as casual dining.
