mediocre at best
Average hotel,linens need downey(stale smell).Checkin staff was great,checking out on Wed a.m. was a very nasty,condescending woman.Breakfast not included & they charge alot more than area restaurants for alot less.Overall u pay too much 4 what u get.Reviews were way off.

Clean! Used to more comfy beds though.
Clean, quiet, and very friendly staff. Rooms are nicely sized. We were even able to check in 1 hour early. Bed was a bit hard fir me, but my bf had no complaints. A bit pricey, but would return.

Lancaster trip 2010
I visit Lancaster at least twice a year to see family. Usually spring and fall. This hotel accomodates my needs and is very comfortable. The indoor lobby is a good place to sit and visit. The outdoor lounge area was great as the weather permited. The location lends easy access to the outlet stores without being directly on the main highway, which can be very congested. It is also just minutes away from downtown Lancaster which hosts many art galleries. We attended 1st night which is held the first Friday of each month from spring to fall, where all the shop keepers and art galleries stay open late for browsing and buying. This was my first stay at this hotel in Lancaster and I'm looking forward to staying again in the future.

Great family vacation
Just returned from six days at the Marriot Courtyard with my two daughters. Everything was first class. The staff from the front desk to the maids were super friendly and helpful. Everything was immaculately clean. Will definately stay there the next time I'm in Lancaster.

Wonderful once again!
Since it's a fairly new hotel, everything is still fresh. The room and bathroom are both decorated wonderfully, and we always have a great stay while staying here. Tub has a seat too! Can't think of any downsides to this hotel honestly.

Short drive from hotel
There are two shopping outlets just down the road on Route 30, and numerous farmers markets, and a theater, all within a 10 minute drive. Hershey is also a close drive,within 20 minutes. We've stayed here many times, and will be back again.
