minimal in all categories. Stay for the price but nothing else. At least sheets were changed but everything as cheap or not included as possible.

The staff was prompt and efficient, no hassles no needless thrills just good service. The Room was clean and comfortable, minimal thrills as expected given the price but the basics were present. Over all, I would recommend the place even if you are not on a tight budget, you can always find something else to do with the left over cash.

I stayed one night and I still have that unpleasant smelling in mind. Something has to be done! However for someone looking at a cheap hotel in a safe environment, this is the place to go.

When we arrived the front office staff was very friendly and cordial. However, when we reached the room we realized I had made a mistake. The room was tidy but very very outdated and stunk of cigarettes. (Yes this was a smoking room, the only room available at the time). It was almost unbearable and the windows do not open. After seeing the old comforters that looked like they should have been thrownout in the mid 90s we almost left. However we stayed for the price and the knowledge that we would only be here for the night. The room was not great by anymeans but it was not the worst part about this motel. The other guests were what worried us most. Being woken up at 4:00 am by disturbing screams and profanity coming from a fight a few doors down. There was constant loud hallway traffic between midnight to 4:00 am made it hard to sleep in peace or at all.

We were attending a convention nearby and checked in Thursday night. Staff was pleasant. Our room had a strong mustiness odor, and our air conditioner was not working. I mentioned this to the staff when I went to the front desk to purchase an Internet access code, and they were quick to offer to move us to another room but said it would be a few minutes while they went to spray the room. After almost an hour staff called us to say we could come to the front desk to pick up the new room key...then realized they were moving us further away and offered to bring us the key. Moving our things several doors down, it was hard not to notice the large black oily-looking stains up and down the hallway. The second room had a strong smell of detergent, which was a better smell, but still a smell. At least the air conditioning worked. The internet access was very poor, with the signal coming and going; and though I could receive email, it took many tries to get it to send, and I could not send with an attachment. The grounds were also poorly kept. The driveway into the front of the parking lot had a gravel layer, and it was full of craters, difficult to drive over. The beds were comfy, showers hot, and it was good to have a place to sleep. But I will not wait so long to book my hotel room next time that made this the only place I could find in my price range.

Went for weekend getaway to enjoy pool and AC. The motel was clean, staff was very nice and pool felt great. No bells or whistles, but it filled the bill for an inexpensive way to beat the heat.

Quick check-in, no problems. Nice room and clean hotel.

Well, the air broke just after we got into our room. Not to worry, it still blew cold air but you could not hear anything else, and the cover came off. told the front desk about it. The sink leaked, also told the desk. the repair man fixed the sink and just said the air was fine. The rooms got cleaned half the time. The kids went into the pool but it was very small. I am normally a big fan of motel 6 but this one has made me question if I want to stay in another one for the rest of my life. I do know I will not stay at this one again.

This was a working trip for us. It is very convenient to The Valley Forge Convention center were we had to be each day. Also, as for meals, we enjoy going to Ruby's diner for breakfast and Magioni's for dinner. Both are located in the King of Prussia Mall. The one thing that was not good about this trip is there were no tissues in the room. When we asked about that they said they did not supply any. Overall for us the stay was good for the money and convenient to were we wanted to go.All we really needed was a place with comfortable beds and a good bathroom and shower.It was very clean. Will use again for business trips.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The employee at the front desk was miserable. As I walked to my room I had to pass teenagers parting in the hallways. I went into my room and it just looks like an old dirty motel. My comforter had big burn holes in it and literally smelled like dirty armpits. I could not even sleep with the blankets and I have roughed it and slept many places being in the military but this was just too disgusting. Also, people were running up and down the hallways and banging on all of the doors all night. I stayed on a Thursday night and had to be up very early for work the next day. NEVER AGAIN!
