All in all this is fine for a short stay. The staff we nice...but should refrain from sitting on the counter when talking to you. it's a good value for the money but is a little hard to find. It was satisfactory

1 night getaway
My wife and I needed a 1 night getaway and were attending a Halloween party a short distance from your hotel. We didn't need anything fancy or plush, just comfortable and clean. The room rate was more reasonable than any other in the area and it was a very private and convenient location for us. We checked in a few hours before the party and had some time to do a little shopping at the King of Prussia Mall. After the party we just wanted to be left alone for the night and it suited our needs perfectly.

As we said in the Army, "three hots and a cot." The room was nice but not kept well. The toilet made a loud squeal when the tank refilled. Lamps had cop webs on them, which I take for not being clean. There were stains on the coffee pot and I clean before I use. The staff was friendly and professional. The location and the comfort of the bed were perfect for what I needed. I am not sure I would use again but it met my basic needs. The fact that I had a refrigerator and microwave was helpful.

We frequently travel to this area and HAVE stayed at this hotel before. This time we were in for a wedding. We were very disappointed. If we had been staying for more than one night we would have found another hotel!!! The first room we were given was dirty, holes in the bathroom walls, no hangers and the air conditioning did not work! The room had a very distinct odor. Since it was in the 90s w high humidity we called the front desk. They asked us to wait for a half hour while they closed out their books- this was around 10:30pm and we wanted to get rested for the wedding the next day. After us fussing we got them to change the room! While the second room had working AC, it still smelled and was not very clean either. I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel!!!!!!!

Location was fine. Non-smoking room that was requested smelled like an ash tray. Front desk was empty upon arrival and the next morning the desk was not staffed and the lights were out. One time visit only!

Great location for business trips
Very friendly staff, they welcome you with a smile and are eager to answer any questions you may have. Great location for business and close to the mall. The room was clean and quiet. If you plan on eating in I suggest you bring some dishes and napkins.

Homestead Philadelphia, King of Prussia
Check-in and check-out were effortless and efficient. The room was acceptable and as described. The bed had a low-quality set of sheets with no mattress cover. The shower curtain had some visible mildew, and the shower drain had visible debris. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable. This hotel was minutes from the King of Prussia mall and restaurants, thus very convenient.
