Andres, the desk clerk, was most helpful! Upon check-in I was given a "goody" bag for Christmas. When I discovered that the TV in my room did not work properly a maintenance man was quickly dispatched. He explained that the TV problem had been previously reported and was scheduled for repair. He asked if I wanted to move to another room and quickly returned with the key to a suite. I was upgraded! The rest of my stay was great. My only complaint is that the biscuits were hard (breakfast).

Great location, but...
the location of this hotel was great because it was in the same shopping center as the king of prussia mall. the hotel lobby was nice and the staff very welcoming. they even gave my boyfriend a goodie bag for his birthday! the room wasnt in great condition. we had very worn out pillows with no support and the closet doors were noticeably broken.

Nice Stay
It was neat and clean. The staff was courteous. I asked for a nonsmoking room and was delighted that not even the floor I was staying on did not smell like smoke. Two suggestions - replace the carpet in the elevators and get a wireless printer.

Great for a night
Clean room, had everything I needed for a quick one-night stay including Internet. Check-in/check out was fast and painless. Close to KOP mall - huge plus!

Great location
The convenience of the buffet breakfast is what draws me to the Holiday Inns while I am traveling for business. This hotel had a well stocked and serviced breakfast area. The free wi-fi was also an added bonus. However, both of my closet doors were off track and extremely diffiuclt to move, in fact I was lucky they were ajar or I wouldn't have been able to hang up my clothes.

Great place
The hotel is situated next to the mall which is great for meals and spare time activity. The staff could not be any more nicer and accomodating. I definitely would recommend this place because I've never been to a more friendlier and clean hotel.

great stay
Quick checkin with no problems. The room was spotless and everything worked fine. Breakfast was excellent. Did not get a chance to see much more than that.
