Quality stay
I chose this hotel because I used to live in the area and I knew exactly where this hotel was. The staff was very pleasant. We were greeted by the manager when we entered. The rooms were a little dated as the hotel has been there for many years, but I can overlook that as long as the service is above standard. Which it was! The staff was very friendly and pleasant which lets me know that they care about their property and the service they provide.

Short walk from hotel
The gigantic King of Prussia mall is a short walk away. It's not for the faint of heart though with 2 full size malls right next to one another.

Surprising
I planned this trip for a family members wedding and stayed a week. At first I wasn't expecting much because when I first checked in the gentleman that helped us was not very helpful. I called from home and asked at check in if I was going to have a fridge and microwave in my room. Was repeatedly told no. When I got to our room I actually had both. I was pleasantly surprised but goes to show not everyone knows what they are doing. After that everything went super well. I traveled with both of my children (ages 1 and 3). My son even threw up one night on the bed and the staff was super helpful in helping us get everything clean and getting new bedding. The staff besides that one person at check in was super helpful. The girls who took care of the breakfast bar were very nice, polite and helpful. The hotel is really close to everything. There is a very nice mall, dunkin donuts, starbucks, grocery store, walgreens, chili's, cheesecake factory, california pizza kitchen very close by.

Nice staff, good amenities
The staff was very helpful and had a positive outlook. Close to Mall, a lot of restaurants nearby, close to Valley Forge.

Nice place to stay
Nice hotel, very friendly staff,a little noisy outside because of the interstate but not bad. Access is a little difficult from one direction but certainly not a problem.

Great Location
This was our fourth stay at The Hampton Inn at King of Prussia. It is well located for the activities we had planned. We attended the Walker Cup at Merion Golf Club in Ardmore. This hotel was minutes from the Main Line of Philadelphia. We will stay there again.
