Fantastic!
My husband and I had a great time at the Hyatt this past weekend. It is in the perfect location and in walking distance of Joe's Crab Shack. The KOP Mall is right next door and the movie theater as well. We will definitely return. Veta J.

Picky Southern Belle
We will be back!
We accidentally drove to Hyatt Place because my iPhone map directed us there since Hyatt house hotel is so new. Regardless, we were extremely pleased with our stay. The rooms were clean and I loved the contemporary decor. The beds are super comfy and the space was perfect for a weekend. The only down side is the shower door doesn't form a seal so we had a ton of water on our floor. Other than that, the room was perfect. Additionally, I thought the free breakfast was a HUGE bonus. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and did to my other family members. Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to utilize the gym or hot tub even though we packed our bathing suits. Next time I am in the area we will stay here!!!

Joe's Crab Shack next door is EXTREMELY slow (even though the restaurant was 1/4 full). It took 30 minutes to get lunch for 3 people and the food was just so-so.

Not Too Shabby!
My overall experience at the hotel was pretty good. The only reason I gave the staff 4/5 is because when I checked in the girl that helped me seemed somewhat on the ditzy side; I don't know what's so hard about typing in my last name as I pronounce and spell it for you. The room was very comfortable and had everything you could possibly need for an extended stay (i.e. decent size fridge with freezer; pots and pans; silverware; cooking utensils, stove top, etc.). The only thing that I was disappointed about was that we didn't have the soaking tub in our room; but that was my fault, I should have double checked. The location of the hotel is perfect because it's right next to one of the largest malls on the east coast, a plethora of fabulous restaurants, a nice Regal movie theatre and about 20-25 minutes away from the Premium Outlets in Limerick, PA. All-in-all, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

I would recommend checking out the outlets before going to the mall that's right next to the hotel because the outlet has some of the stores that are in the mall and at a discounted price.

We couldn't believe how nice and friendly the staff was. Room was very nice about a 3 star quality. I think the whole kitchen with a full size fridge was wasted space but if someone needed a week there for business it would be nice. Will be back soon. Did I mention shopping is a 1 min drive?
