The only issue that we encountered was the facility was overbooked. There was a group that booked the entire restaurant, forcing us to go off-campus for any type of meals during the day.

Hotel lobby is very nice. Rooms are average - our rooms were SO FAR away - very long corridors. Booked 3 rooms 2 queens each 2 months ago - upon arrive - got 2 kings and 1 room with 2 queens. No effort to correct - basically it is what it is. That is why I booked so far in advance, Not happy. Obviously they took our rooms and gave them to others. Mid stay - NONE OF OUR KEYS WORKED and when we went to the desk they challenged how many nites we had booked for - yeah well check out my the fact you charged my cc for 1800 - there didnt seem to be any questions then. No coffee units worked in rooms and 2 of the tvs were marginal. I know picky picky but annoying. Time for some changes

Paper thin walls!
Very convenient for our weekend shopping trip to King of Prussia mall, but after a day of shopping, just wanted a good night's rest. The hallways were so noisey, doors constantly slamming and you could hear through the walls. Needless to say, did not get much sleep. Will not stay here again when I come shopping.

Misleading!
Misleading
The hotel was nice and close to the Mall. However, I specifically clicked on "POOL" as an amentity that I wanted in the hotel. I was traveling with my 3 year old Grandson and promised to take him swimming. AFTER CHECKING INTO THE HOTEL...We were told the pool was not located in the hotel...To get to the pool we had to go "ACROSS THE PARKING LOT AND THROUGH THE FAIRFIRLD INN" in order to get to Bally's Fitness Center...In the winter...in the rain...with a 3 year old child!!!! I went back into the details of the hotel and IN SMALL PRINT...it states "a small walk across the parking lot"...BELIEVE ME....IT WAS NOT A SHORT WALK ACROSS THE PARKING LOT!!! VERY MISLEADING AND DISAPPOINTING!!!

Clean, comfortable, rooms plain but nice
Just stayed overnight. Rooms nice, comfortable, a bit upscale but nothing terribly fancy. Clean. Check in was a bit upsetting b/c said my credit card was refused but when I called myself later, the credit card company said the charges went through[...]. Fellow at check in desk nice but new.

GREAT ON-LINE PRICE!
beautiful accomodations, lovely bedding, however, it was a Saturaday evening and there was alot going on so it was busy and noisy in the latter part of the evening while sleeping. Otherwise enjoyed it.

Very nice stay
I stayed at the hotel for a wedding reception. Everything was beautiful and clean. The only thing I didn't care for was the food. The staff at the front desk weren't always the friedliest.
