Lacking pool and hot tub

I don't think they have a fitness center either, but not having a pool/hot tub is pretty silly, if you ask me. Breakfast was pretty standard for the current "complementary" variety. Does include a mini frig and microwave, which I love! Friendly staff. Pillows were very, very small (I've never seen anything like that). There were honestly 4 per bed.....

Better than expected

I was pleasantly surprised with the comfort and cleanliness of the room. I have a lot of allergies and this room did not bother me one bit. Hotel was also very close to a wonderful mall, so there were a lot of restaurant choices for meals. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and would use it again.

Good business friendly hotel

Checked in late at night and had a clean room which was quiet and close to the elevator. Breakfast which is included was fine. Easy check out. Pleasant when I called the next day and had them send me my phone cord which I left behind. Overall good experience.

No sleep!!!

Our room faced the Pennsylvania Turnpike - at times I thought we were on it! Had to keep air conditioner on for white noise due to the traffic noise. Then it was noisy and cold! We asked to switch rooms but there was no availability. If we hadnot booked this through Orbitz and prepaid we would have definitely switched hotels.

Don't expect to have anything work or be clean

I stayed for a week on business and visiting friends. Some of the outlets quit working and were not fixed and I made coffee in my room the first morning and they never cleaned the pot or gave me more coffee to make. They also left other things uncleaned or straightened. When I called down about it I was told oh well they must be having an off day but it was every day and nothing was going to be done. Had to unplug the clock and lamp to use my laptop and charge my cell. Wasn't good. The location was good.

Wonderful Stay

The staff was curtious and helpful. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. It was very quiet, including the air conditioner. We appreciated the excellent complimentary breakfast - not only was it good but it saved time getting back on the road. We were here on business and pleasure and would definately come back if in this area.
