Great Value - Clean Rooms
We stayed here for a quick weekend visit to see friends. The area around the hotel is full of shopping centers and really anything you could need. The hotel was very clean, very quiet and had everything we really needed. Nothing fancy, but a great deal for the price. Also, they allow pets for a $15 daily fee, which we may take advantage of when we stay again!

I booked this Johnstown, PA hotel 6 weeks in advance of our trip to Windber, PA for a family reunion primarily for the location and the value. It was not the least expensive, nor was it the most expensive, but was just what we needed-a place for the night with complimentary breakfast. We arrived at the hotel at approximately 1:00 pm and we were told we were too early for the 3:00 check in. When we returned at 9:00 pm to check in, the front desk person, [...] told us that the only rooms left were smoking rooms. [...] then called someone on the telephone to see if there was anything they could do. He was told the hotel was fully booked. I saw on our room key, (Room 3240) that other hotels are affiliated with Sleep Inn, one being the Comfort Inn located directly behind the Sleep Inn. I asked if there were any available non smoking rooms there. [...] The breakfast bar was very nice, the room was clean and comfortable with nice ammenities. The air conditioner was really loud, but we were exhausted when we returned for the evening at around 11:00 pm so it didn't really bother us. [...]

No frills and quiet
I called to make sure there was a fridge and was told me, Yes, the rooms had fridges, when we got there, no fridge. I was told later, only some rooms have them and they were taken.

Very friendly hotel
The hotel we stayed in was better than the most expensive hotels. They were very friendly and accomodating. We also had free breakfast the mornings we stayed.

This is a very clean, Friendly motel.
The only thing missing was I could not find the ice machine. We always stay at this motel. We really like it.
