Scottish Inns & Suites Hershey

The hotel was very loud due to a soccer tournment staying at the hotel, the continential breakfast tasted stale and there is a brochure at the front desk that list a pool on site and there was no pool at all. The room needs to be sound proof you can actually hear the people in the next room even if they are whispering. The only good thing was the confort of the bed.

Location and room was fine. Did not like the manager's attitude towards NOT finding my confirmed Orbitz reservation. Manager even wentsofar to imply that because of my searching for rates on Orbitz, that I possibly booked my reservation elsewhere, when SHE DID NOT FIND MY RESERVATION!!!--In these economic times, WHO WOULD NOT TRY TO FIND THE BEST RATES FOR ROOMS, MOREOVER, WHO WOULD DO THAT ON PURPOSE--IN THESE ECONOMIC TIMES!!!--Did not appreciate her condescending & insulting attitude at not recognizing that is was just HER inability to find my reservation.

It is a nice place, and this is our 2nd time to visit this hotel. It is very easy to visit Hershey Park. Just directly follow road 39W.

We asked for a smoking room. THe motel was a nonsmoking motel with no pool. WE are very upset...... Apparently your fault.

There is only one person working the entire place at all times, and they know nothing about anything in the area. I have never stayed in a hotel where I have been able to hear the people staying above me, to the point that it sounded like elephants walking around. You can hear every door in the entire hotel slam shut like it's your own. The bathrooms are so small you can hardly turn around. And the continental breakfast is a disaster. No fruit, no yogurst. 2 choices of cereal, bagels, some mini danishes, and some nasty flimsy right-out-f-the-package waffles. That's it. Their internet connection was also horrible. Took 5 minutes to load one page. Pillows are lumpy and hard as a rock.

My family and I went to Hershey until 10 pmand checked in at 11 pm. We have 3 kids and got 2 double beds on the first floor. I had two issues - first was the incessant TV noise from another room - I couldn't tell if it was next to us or above us, but the only way I could sleep was to turn the Air Conditioner on Full Blast so as to drown out my SOB neighbor. I had a great time at Hershey the next day despite the lack of sleep- I believe I will pay the extra $$$ for the Hershey Hotel next time.

The room was nice and clean. There was no pool, you were able to use the pool next door. The continental breakfast was NOTHING to talk about, very limited. For the one night stay to visit Hershey Park it worked out well for my family.

scottish inn and suites was a very pleasant stay for our family. the staff was great and the room was very clean. very good value for your money. i'll definetely come back to it again. i've already recommended this hotel to two other families who will be going to HERSHEY park!!!!!!!!!!!

I stayed at the Scottish Inns & Suites this past Memorial weekend because me and a friend wanted to go to Hershey Park. I must say that this hotel was really great. I had low expectations because you never can be too sure but luckily my expectations were greatly exceeded. The hotel room was clean and neat. It was very comfortable with room enough for two people.I especially liked the bathroom which was very girl friendly. This hotel was also located within a short distance from all that Hershey had to offer. The only problem that I and my friend had with the hotel is that their pillows were kind of uncomfortable and hard. Also that sometimes we can hear children and people walking through the hallways but other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to stay at an inexpensive but great hotel that is near to all attractions. I know that I will be definitely stay at this hotel again.
