close to amusement park
First room they gave was dirty. The bed spread and sheets smelt like vomit. The room was made up but dirty. The second room they gave us after complaining.... Also dirty but the bed smelt better. We kept food and drinks out and slept with all the lights on after seeing the cockroaches outside on the motel wall. Honestly....We were going to sleep in the car instead.

Red Carpet Inn Hershey
The room was OK, the bathroom was too cramped up and dirty. However, the room missed amenities like iron, coffee machine, and Hair Dryer. The continental breakfast was really bad. served only muffins and coffee.. I would prefer staying in another hotel.

At least it was cheap.
I was in town for a veterinary conference, so I wasn't looking for a nice vacation place. I'm generally pretty easy to please. However, the carpet didn't look vacuumed; there were little pieces of glass on the floor. Also, my first floor window wouldn't lock, and the frame was so rotted I'm not sure locking would have made a difference. But it was cheap, and Hershey isn't a hotbed of crime.

Good place to crash
We just needed a place to crash after a concert and it did the job. The manager was very nice and the room was clean. No complaints here.

We stayed in this hotel for a night. Very close to Chocolate World and Theme Park. Not too bad inside the room but got a weird smell on entering. We paid around $70 but that's what we expected for $70. I will stay in a better hotel if I want to go there again.

Friendly but not Clean
The location of this motel is great. Close to all but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. The front desk was very friendly. The thick plexiglass protecting the front desk worker from guests is a little unsettling. The room was nicely divided, great for a family of 4 to allow privacy for the parents. However, some effort could have been made in cleaning the room. The light bulbs in the bathroom were full of dust, the toliet had mold, a chunk of the vaniety in the bathroom was missing, and there were a number of dead bugs in the room. The outdoor stairs were very rickety and scary. The place requires some updates, but then again you get what you pay for.

omg the room was gross
the room is gross its soo bad u no it got bug we booked the room and then when we pulled up i got scared so we asked to see the room omg i was sick smelled soooo bad, we did not stay we had found a room at another hotel it shortned are stay but i will never stepp foot near this place .

Disappointed guest
Absolutely disgusting
This place was dirty, smelled horrible, and in no way met any decent persons standards for a place to sleep. My fiancé and I stayed here for five minutes and left. We didn't even bother asking for our money back. [...] This was a terrible experienced and unprofessional. Thank you for ruining our night. [...] They have no cleanliness standards. I guess anything here is better than back home in India.

Rooms not much to look at. It was warm with hot water, clean linens. It was cheap so I guess the old saying "I got what I paid for" applies.
