Family-friendly hotel with free breakfast by major Hershey attractions
Located midway between Hershey and Hummelstown, the Best Western Inn Hershey provides convenient access to attractions such as Hershey's Chocolate World and Indian Echo Caverns and Estate. The 90-acre Shank Park -- the largest park in Derry Township -- is two miles from the hotel and features sports fields, picnic facilities and a nature trail. Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is half a mile from the Best Western Inn Hershey. Guests take advantage of free breakfast and parking. A heated outdoor pool keeps guests cool in the warmer months.

Simple and clean
We needed a last minute place to stay in Hershey and was able to find a room at the the Best Western on a busy Saturday stay. They staff was friendly and courteous, and when they realized we had three travelers, were able to swap our king bed room for two double beds. This is an older hotel, so the hallways and bathrooms are narrow, but it is updated and clean! It is right on the main drag going into Hershey - very close to the Giant Arena, Hershey Park and Chocolate World.

Worst Western
The room was freezing and no comforters. The thermostat was set at 65 and it felt like 35. Thermostate would go no higher than 65..We had to wear hats, gloves and extra socks to bed. The shower did not work! Would not return.

Fantastic value hotel
Hotel staff friendly and accomodading. Short drive to Hershey Park approx 4 miles away. Room as pictured. Contemporary decor. Plenty of shopping and dining close by.

Adequate
Room was quite a distance from the lobby. Toilet ran incessantly. Light in the bathroom flickered for the first few minutes it was on. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a very convenient location.

best western hershey PA
I read the reviews on this hotel and thought it was a little risque because of how badly other rated it. But I'm glad I surmised them because this is one of the better best western's I've stayed at. They must have renovated the rooms because it was very modern and clean and was very cheap!

basic hotel experience
Was a good atel that is convienient to hershey park. Went for continental breakfast but at 9:35 nothing but cereal and drinlks left on buffet.

There was no elevator in the building, so it was difficult with luggage (especially since we had multiple bags)...............
