Great place to stay
This is the best place to stay when in Harrisburg, Pa. Staff always friendly and ready to help. The location is just a couple of minutes to the Farm Show complex. There are a couple of great restaurants just about a mile away and very easy to find. I stay here everytime I am in the area. The only complaint is the room I was in last visit was a bit small. Not bad but I would have liked a bit more space.

Excellent Value
This hotel was surprisingly remarkable. I have stayed at some bad hotels that were more expensive and then Red Roof Inn was a pleasant change. Two double beds, a decent size bathroom, a desk and two chairs it was quite a treat. I think the only disappointment was the cost of ordering a moving because the channel options were very few. So travel smart and bring a dvd-player and you won't have to worry!

There is a shopping area not even ten minutes from the hotel Ac Moore, Staples, Gabriel Brothers and more... Also there are restuarants galore what more could you ask for? Only about 15 minutes from Indian Echo Caverns and Hershey Park. The Harrisburg Mall is right down the street as well so bring your wallet!

Excellent family friendly
The location to Hershey was only fifteen minutes away. The check-in was very efficient and cordial. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was immaculate. The only downside was one of the full size beds, not too comfortable, very uneven and lumpy. But would definitely recommend this to friends and family. A great choice for the price as well as convenience. The Shoppes five minutes away were awesome as well as Cracker Barrel. A must see if you stay at the Red Roof Inn. I would definitely stay here again!

Would stay there again
We booked this room due to me having to come to Harrisburg for my college graduation. It was in a great location to were we needed to be but not to close to the main city. We also while we were there went to hershey for this hotel is only 10 minutes away. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Travelin Fool!
An Affordable Great Location!
We chose the Red Roof Inn for the fair price and the short distance to Hershey Park. Check in was easy and the outside appearance was pleasing. When entering the room it appeared to be smaller than average but the room was clean and newly remodeled. Our overall opinion was very positive and would highly recommened this specific hotal to friends and family traveling in the Harrisburg/Hershey area.

I enjoyed my stay in the Red Roof Inn
This was my first time staying in Harrisburg. This particular Red Roof Inn was located very conveniently off of I-81. There was a Cracker Barrell within eyesight. The airconditioning unit was loud, but I found that soothing and relaxing for some odd reason. The staff was very friendly. Checking in and out only took a matter of a few minutes to accomplish. I would definately stay there again - I'd just bring my own towels. Their towels removed a layer of skin when I dried off.

Great for the $$
The room, tho lacking in some amenities,was extremely clean and well worth the money. The staff was polite and competent. The only issue we had was the lack of ice, and that was the fault of some inconsiderate guest who apparently filled a cooler. I would suggest purchasing a small bag of ice for a couple of dollars and not having to deal with it. This particular motel is thoroughly recommended.
