Poor
The hotel was "run down" and needed many repairs. Our first room was missing hair dryer, coffee maker, iron, and safe--not to mention that the bathroom shower was leaking and the ceiling seemed as if it were going to fall down. The second room was a little better--the ironing board was the only thing missing; however, the telephone was not working; and was not repaired, so we didn't have a working telephone in the room despite asking management for a new one. Although this room had a coffee maker, the coffee was on back order. It seems as though, someone didn't place the order according to staff. members. The staff were frustrated with management; and they didn't mind telling the guests. Several people were frequently at the front desk with numerous complaints, blood on the sheets, toilets malfunctioning and overflowing, elevator (only one) was too slow and was malfunctioning at times, pool was dirty, poolside was dirty, walls were falling apart, messy corridors, and the managment team did not seem to accommodate. Parking was another issue and complaint. If the parking lot, which was across the street and around the corner was full, you would have to pay $10.00 a night to park in another hotel's parking lot. I can go on, but you get the point.

Too close to highway!
General location was ok, but our room faced the highway. Upon check-in they did NOT have the information, although were able to get it within a few moments. We needed help with wi-fi and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were good size, just not very clean.

Not a good experience
Not a good experience. There were two condom containers left in the room by the night stand upon our arrival the first night. On the second night, there were no towels in the bathroom, and someone had left their half empty bottle of soda on the desk. All of this after the room had been "cleaned" and ready for occupancy.

Not All That
The keys to one of the two rooms we reserved didn't work the first time. The beds were shabbily made and one of the rooms smelled like farts. There was also a strong odor [...] in the hallway later in the evening. The bagels in the continental breakfast were stale.

OK, But needs a little more attention
Needed to call 4 times to get someone up to program the tv. Still no channels for the kids were available. Had to go get linen and towels as none were in the room. Rooms appeared clean except for dirty foot prints in the tub. Staff was very friendly and did try. They were however, understaffed. The door keys deactivated if put in wallet. Room really should have a fridge and perhaps a microwave. The staff did correct the loose toilet seat and burned out bulbs.

Short drive from hotel
Damons Grill was very slow and resulted in having to take the kids to the car and get the food to go. The Cracker Barrel was better.

nice place, but a little old
We got the two queen sizes room with a door direct to the pool, and that's nice. Location is not convenient, need a cab to go there. The room seems long be vacant and not very clean.

Not likely to repeat visit.
It was about a 15 mile drive to Hershey where we were visiting. Not a really convenient location. Breakfast was definitely not a deluxe continental breakfast unless you consider carbs deluxe food. The cleanliness in the hotel also left a lot to be desired.

not great
when I first arrived my daughter was waiting for me from another location , she stayed in her car because ther were men out there drinking beer and stareing at her , I arrived got out of my car to greet her the men were grumbling something under their breath , we ignored them we checked in our room to find that it had been recently used the beds were messed up , one bed was off its foundation and there was an unmade cot in there the clerk changed our room without a problem when we returned to our car to get our things the men were still out there drinking and were asking us to party ,again we ignored them. Later we went to go into the hot tub it was clean but the clorine was so intense we could not stay in it our skin burned as well as our eyes . The staff was friendly , the lobby was clean but I wont return because the other things made a bad impression.
