first nite there we should of gotten ajoining rooms with double beds instead i got a moldy room had to be moved asthma kicked in then they gave me a double bed cause they where booked never again!

The rooms were clean the staff was friendly the location & price were all great, my only disappoitment was the pool---very dirty & traveling with kids a pool is a must...I really didn't want them in it that's how bad it was

Needed to call 4 times to get someone up to program the tv. Still no channels for the kids were available. Had to go get linen and towels as none were in the room. Rooms appeared clean except for dirty foot prints in the tub. Staff was very friendly and did try. They were however, understaffed. The door keys deactivated if put in wallet. Room really should have a fridge and perhaps a microwave. The staff did correct the loose toilet seat and burned out bulbs.

The front desk clerks were all very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, but did not look like it had been fully cleaned and stocked when we arrived. There was only one towel and no faceclothes, no shampoo or soap. BUT, we received these immediately when we called. There were baseball teams staying there as well and they got a little rowdy and noisy, but it didn't last long. This was a good place for the price, allowed us to save a little to spend at Hershey with the grandson. The free breaksfast and easy access to and from the facility was a great benefit

We stayed there and went to Hershey attractions, which were 20 minutes away. The room was dim, a little dingy, and not very pretty, but it definitely served our purposes. Cheapest rooms in the area, which let us spend a lot more on food, parks, and entertainment. Everyone at the front desk is pleasant, and the free continental breakfast is a nice touch.

I needed to break up my road trip from CT to Pittsburgh, PA and chose a night in a hotel in Harrisburg. This was a fairly nice hotel, the staff was great, the rooms were clean and it was an overall OK experience. However, there were a few things here and there. The coffeemaker in the bathroom must have been played with by the previous guest. The coffee pot had been put back inverted, so the top that allowed the coffee to come through was completely melted. However, the hotel offered free coffee in the lobby and free continental breakfast, so it really didn't matter. The other thing was that the air conditioner must have been leaking a very long time because the carpet underneath was completely soaked through. I told the staff the next day though and they said they would take care of it. But really, other than that, the beds were comfy and I had a good time. I would stay there again, definitely.

The keys to one of the two rooms we reserved didn't work the first time. The beds were shabbily made and one of the rooms smelled like farts. There was also a strong odor [...] in the hallway later in the evening. The bagels in the continental breakfast were stale.

The rooms were very clean and they were able to get us ajoining rooms as we requested with a late check in. Employees were friendly and helpful.

We stayed here while we were visiting the attractions at Hershey. Traveling back and forth was easy and the great value of the room gave us extra money to spend on activities. The room was clean and had the extra benefit of having an exterior door to the room so that we could park by our room and come and go from the hotel easily. The hotel was near the highway which was noisy outside but the room was well insulated and we heard nothing inside the room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Good deal for the price.
