very small pillows like for very small people..
no vending machines on the 4th floor...and pillows sucked....piece of advice..take bigger pillows with u if u plan to stay.....

Fantastic family gateway
We went to hersey park, chocolate World and hersey garden. Nothing was missing and evertime was perfect and my kids love staying at the inn. They enjoy the double beds and watching cartoon. This was our first vacation ever and we will never forget. We will coming back in the enar future.

Anniversary Vacation
Room was very clean and nice. Didn't try the hot breakfast they provided, but it smelled good. Great time, great place. Only downfall is being right by the highway, not good for a light sleeper like my husband. But the hotel provides items to help with that. Would recommend highly.

Fantastic family gateway
While we were in pa we stop by hershey park, Chocolate world and hersey garden. Ever thing was perfect at the comort inn and Suites. This is my first vacation staying at a inn and we will never forget this. We will by coming back in the near future.

Great place to stay
We stayed there because my wife was having 'out-patient surgery in Hershey. The staff and the facility were first rate. The Guest Services Manager provided us with a large chair and ottoman so my wife could sit in comfort after her surgery. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel, bad location
Clean hotel, comfy beds, and decent breakfast. We've always stayed at CI&S when taking road trips. Although this hotel in particular have a few cons: - located next to a main highway so you constantly hear traffic noise all night (hard to sleep...) - thin walls; you can hear the conversations from the people staying next door. Also the constant footsteps and kicks going on from the room above you. Btw, there was a cheerleading competition @ Hershey that same wkend we were staying so it didn't help that these girls decided to practice their jumping skills in the middle of the night. Uuggghhh!!! Probably not staying here again, but will continue to use CI&S somewhere else.

Nice Hotel
This location provided an enjoyable stay. The 1st night was crowded and noisy, but that was mainly due to a cheerleading competition at Hershey Park. This is not the hotel's fault, and as a credit to the parents, most of the noise was gone by 10pm. The check in process was quick and accurate. This is a very convenient location to many restaurants and about 12 (hotel says 10) miles from Hershey Park, but an easy drive. Upon check in, the hotel gave us a double sided, 3 page listing of area restaurants and their addresses. We found that a helpful and very nice tool to use. The hotel breakfast was huge and well stocked. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we will definetly consider on our next trip to Hershey.
