Had a very last minute trip and was able to get a room to accommodate the family. The ladies a the desk were very helpful and professional. Gave us good recommendations for dinner and were very timely and polite when had a problem with needing the
sofa bedding and some cleaning that was missed. Went to dinner and came back to a perfect room. Good breakfast options too. Would stay here again.
We had an enjoyable stay at the Hampton while visiting Gettysburg. The location is perfect to visit all the sites that we wanted to see. The hotel was very clean and spacious and the staff were more than accommodating to our needs.
Our trip was to meet with friends to tour the Battlefield by bicycle. While not in the middle of town, the Hampton inn was within 5 minutes any location. Parking was ample which is something you appreciate when visiting other places in town. The
hotel was up to usual Hampton standards.

Staff was friendly but when I told the woman at the front desk that my card on two separate occasions did not open the back door, really didn't do anything about it. She said if another guests complains she'd check it. She did give me a map and
magazine for Gettysburg which was helpful.
If only the people next door to me could keep their kids quiet. They were very, very load or the walls were too thin. The room was very very clean and nice and cool. The bed was pretty comfy. Overall I would recommend this hotel but I may stay in a bed and breakfast for the same price in order to get more of an experience in Gettysburg.
This Hotel was nothing to brag about. The price was way too high. This hotel is not near downtown. No fluff, no extra. Will not pay that price again. We can stay closer in and receive breakfast for the same money. Also the [...] customer service
person was to book two rooms near or adjoining. They weren't even on the same floor. We had to change our rooms.
