Nice Days Inn, good price for May in Gettysburg
I have stayed here quite a few times over the past decade. The Hilton Garden Inn down the street is a little nicer, but if the price difference is more than $20 I usually stay at the Days Inn.

Trip to Gettysburg
It was ok, just fine. Nothing to write home about. No restaurant info in room, just huge "menu" thing at entry to lobby with various restaurants. It didn't mention the one great french restaurant we went to.

Easy to find and not too far from the Gettysburgh downtown. The hotel was undergoing some renovations at the time of our trip, but it did not impact our stay at all. The staff was very helpful and did not disappoint. The rooms were comfortable and very clean.

Worst Night Ever
First, we arrived to find most of the hotel under construction - we were not warned in any way. The beds were rock hard and super uncomfortable. Then, at 1am we were awoken by someone entering our room (with a working key). We called down to the front desk in a panic and got a defensive explanation that they had made a wrong key for someone - no sincere apology, no attempt to reassure. And to top it off, we planned on eating the free breakfast we were promised when we booked the room, only to find that there was none. We didn't feel safe, we will not return to this hotel.

Good clean basic place to stay
Rooms were recently remodeled. Clean. Reasonably quiet. Price was cheap. An average breakfast was included. Hotel is still doing some remodeling of some areas of the building. We will go back when we are traveling in this area again.

A Value Stay
The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant. The only complaints I would have is the tub had some type of black staining in it and the room smelled very old. The breakfast was as expected and the rest of the amenities along with it. It's a good hotel to stop at for a low dollar budget and not worry about filthy conditions.

Anniverary weekend
We arrived late and during the trip down i called and the person answering the phone was very pleasent and to let them know we were running late. The room was warm and comfortable. The beds were also very nice to sleep on. The hotel was neat and well kept. I'd stay there again and recommend to family / friends. It was also easy to locate.
