great place/great location
We couldn't have asked for a better place to have an overnight getaway ! Staff was very pleasant & helpful.....rooms were very clean.....and the location is absolutely perfect as far as being close to the visitors center/museum as well as downtown Gettysburg....thanks for making our visit to this great town a very memorable one!

Nana to 4 wonderful children
our trip to Gettysburg
The location to the whole area was superb!! The continental breakfast was wonderful. fresh cooked, and plenty of it to satisfy the hungriest of people. the Bed was wonderful...as good as my home bed!! The cable didn't have weather channel, and it was a little hard to get the updated weather, but we enjoyed the trip none the less. I would highly recommend our Comfort Suites to anyone!!

Great stay, great location
New hotel in a great location in Gettysburg. We were close enough to town & shopping & there was a restaurant across the parking lot. The room was big with a sitting area to read or relax & very clean. The pool area was a bit small, but would stay at this hotel again.

A nice little hotel
This was a nice little hotel. I would not consider our room a "suite" although it was large for an average hotel room and had a small pull out love seat instead of the normal two chairs and a table. The room was very clean and the bed was heavenly. There were two real issues I had. The first was that the breakfast facilities were severly inadequate to accomodate the guests. The food itself was nice and plentiful but the seating area was very small and people were standing and leaning on any available surface to eat their breakfast which made for a very ackward situation. The other issue was there is one elevator for the whole building, not even a double elevator but ONE. The guests and staff alike used the same one elevator which meant we always had to wait. Over all the hotel was nice, clean and cozy. The value for the price paid was very good (which is why I gave it four stars) and the location was very convienent. For a bigger treat, request a room with a view of the Evergeen Cemetary.

Great Hotel
We went to gettysburg on a trip with friends. We are from Texas so when we got there we were pretty exhausted. The lady at the front desk checked us in quickly, told us where we could eat and then we went to bed. The rooms were clean and big and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, without a doubt.

The hotel is right across the street from part of the battlefield. And it butts up to one of the many cemeteries.

Excellent place to stay, new hotel
Excellent place to stay, new hotel so very fresh furnishings and decor. Good breakfast, comfy bed, pleasant staff. Located well for access to town and to the battlefield museum.
