At check-in I was given a king room although I had requested a double room. The desk clerk graciousely switched our room. That evening at 9:30 when we attempted to turn the heat on, we discovered it wasn't working. We were offered to switch rooms again, but due to the late hour we didn't want to. The rooms were nicely updated and the staff was very accomodating despite the 2 problems we experienced.

comfortable stay
In area to visit children in college. Hotel provided a safe stay with a comfortable bed ( it was one of the few that offered a choice of queen or king sized beds). Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was appreciated.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm smile and a very pleasant person. Everything was done immediately and we were in our room. We also had delicious warm chocolate chip cookies offered to us.Everyone on the staff was cordial. The room was very clean and very pleasant.I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Exton Hampton Inn
Great Staff, the rooms were small there were not even any closets just a box to hang clothes in with plastic hangers that were attached to the bar. Not the way as a business traveler will look for next time in a Hampton Inn.

Exton Hampton
Need an elevator at the ends of the halls rather than just the one in the middle of the building. My brother is somewhat handicapped and cannot use the stairs. Our room was just above the lobby, but in order to get to breakfast, we had to walk the length of the hall upstairs to get to the elvator and then walk the length of the hall downstairs to get back to the lobby for breakfast and then reverse the process to go back to the room. Not a very well laid out plan.

Can't find it.
We were unable to find the location using the address on the website. After 15 minutes of useless hunting we called and were directed quickly to the location. Front desk person very helpful, sounds like this happens often. The address from the website was the "mailing address".

Great location, stay
Very good stay, staff was friendly and helpful, pool was great, breakfast was more than we expected. Were in town for a lacrosse toury and they even had a washer/dryer that was very clean and worked to perfection! Central location, very clean hotel.
