Really enjoyed are stay, nice rooms hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

We went on a winter family vacation to Splash Lagoon. The Hotel was ok, but nothing special. Some cons to the Hotel was that everything we were hoping to use in the hotel room was broken down or very old and outdated. The pool is ok, but the jacuzzi was broken and I was looking forward to sitting and relaxing while the kids played in the pool after a very long trip in the car. They also had a business center with a computer that had a virus and did not have access to the internet. I needed to print out important documents and couldn't, do to no working computer. The beds were not comfortable in our room and sleeping on them was limited as you got very stiff after a few hours of sleep. The breakfast was not too bad, but the lady did an awful job at keeping things stocked during the high traffic time and acted annoyed when I asked her for things that were out of stock, she was quick to disappear when breakfast got busy. In fact many of the nice perks such as coffee and cookies seemed to always be out when I went to get something through out the day. The laundry facility was outdated as the washer and dryer looked like they were from 1980 and sounded it too, and I was even told by the front desk when asked to make change for my dollar bills, was sorry I don't want to run out of quarters. The pros was the location, right across the street from Splash Lagoon and lots of great things to do in the area to keep the kids entertained for a couple of days. I would probably not stay there again, but look into another hotel in the area as there were several all around us.

The hotel was so clean, my room was great, and the free breakfast was really good! I have no complaints and really enjoyed my stay!

I visited w/family and friends

We came for our daughter's graduation, so we didn't spend much time in the hotel. A hot pot. It's good and the hotel makes us feel like home!

The staff was very friendly the light breakfast was perfect It was the perfect place for a girls(shopping weekend) Close to everything on Peach St. and just less than an hour away from Grove City. Splash World is right across the street if we had brought children and grumpy men. My only problem with all hotels is it would be nice to have a tv guide of some sort to relax and unwind with a little tv at the end of a long day not having to try and figure out the channels Would have been nice if parking lot was plowed

We went to a family reunion and stayed here for the night. We were late arriving and the staff worked with us to check in quickly. We had 4 rooms and we were tired when we arrived. In the am the staff worked with us to ensure everyone had a complimentary breakfast. It was no easy task as we had college age students, young children and two grandmas. The kids enjoyed the pool and adults worked out. Thanks for taking great care of us!!

The only complaint that I had was the bath tub faucet in my room needed repair and the draining of the water was very slow.

The hotel staff was great, had no issues with them. The environment at the hotel was very good also. I didn't notice a lot of noise in the hallways as I have at some other hotels. The only complaint I have is the carpet in our room was filthy. When our two little ones would run around the room their socks would end up turning black on the bottom. The location of the hotel is good also. It is within a five to ten mile radius of a lot of the attractions in Erie, PA.
