A Great Haven of Rest!
We needed a good place to stay near the Erie International Airport. We had to get up very early for aflight the next morning. The room was clean, well stocked with towels and amenities, had great TV - entertainment center, and very friendly staff. They even woke us up on time! Great experience!

In order to enjoy a cold and a hot beverage, but not spend a fortune with every meal, we always ask for a glass of ice water with lemon and a cup of coffee. We enjoy all of the ice water we want, (without the calories of soda pop) plus we get a great cup of coffee with which to end the meal. (Also, no calories for the black coffee.)

What a great Staff
From Robb at the front desk to Todd the shuttle driver, 5 stars all the way. If I had a business I would hire them both right now. Both went out of their way ti insure we had a good stay. The hotel is a hotel, the staff will have have me coming back

Wonderful!
My experience at Comfort Inn Presque Isle was a pleasant one. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and the continental breakfast was plentiful and offered many options. No complaints at all, and I would definitely stay here again.

Good visit.
This visit served it's purpose. Nothing spectacular but we had a good nights sleep and then left to go shopping for the day. Staff was very personable. Breakfast buffet was medicore.

Good Location near Airport
Even though the non-smoking room requested wasn't available, the desk clerk was willing to provide an ozone machine and seemed to be sincerely apologetic. As it turned out, the room was pleasant, well cleaned and with only a slight smoke smell.

Reservation request was not honored
My reservations were made 9 months in advance requesting a non-smoking room. Upon arrival we were given a smoking room with an explanation that they don't recieve that information [...]. Due to the large event that was in Erie this weekend the hotel was booked and no other rooms were available. The room stunk and caused our allergies to become inflamed. Needsless to say our stay at the Comfort Inn was not enjoyable.

Hotel is fantastic!
We were in Erie, PA to visit Presque Isle State Park. The hotel is just blocks away from the entrance to Presque Isle. They offer free slot play for the nearby casino, Presque Isle Downs, and free passes to a nearby gym, Nautilus Fitness. The hotel offered everything we wanted including a nice buffet breakfast and an outdoor pool. It was a short drive to many restaurants and the casino. It was clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely go there again and stay at the Comfort Inn in Erie, PA.
