Airport hotel in Pittsburgh area just off Interstate

The staff was great. The hotel is older but very clean and well kept. Had 1 problem but the staff took care of it promptly.

Good sleeping in Pitt

Needs an update now!
Basically this motel requires an update, extensive refurbishing...rooms were clean, but sparsely furnished and decorated.

Just the Bare Necessities
There was nothing terribly wrong - but nothing terribly right. The carpet was badly stained and looked awful - though it might have been clean. The room was generally shabby looking. We got in late and were able to walk to a place nearby to eat - Eat and Park. Nothing to rave about but it was food. We had what we needed - a place to sleep before getting quickly on the road the next day.

Not what I expected
I was pleased with my arrival. Andy there was very helpful and kind, which I appreciated. Later, another woman took over, and she was very nice, as well. I liked the staff. However, the room wasn't up to par. First thing, I went to take a shower and the spigot fell off. The Internet connection was terrible, and ice and soda was only on the 3rd floor. But even worse, I left a request for a wake-up call at 4:30 a.m., which never came. I'm lucky I'm a light sleeper or I'd have missed my flight. Plus, if you look on a map, it seems that the hotel is close to the airport. It's not and it's not easy to find. I would not stay at this hotel again. If they upgrade their accommodations, that might be OK because the staff is certainly worth the effort.

I was able to order Pizza Hut online and have it delivered to the room. Otherwise, the dining was practically nil without a car.
