Had us booked in a handicap room when they switched us the door did not lock properly, the room's cleanliness was questionable, no heat was on until we turned it on, only one cup for two people and two towels, no shampoos only soap.

Never again
The furniture in this room looked like it had been removed from a dumpster. The chest of drawers was damaged with edges actually knocked off all around it. The fabric on the chairs had so many stains that we wouldn't sit on them. The worst room that I have ever seen. I am amazed that they stay in business.
