ok for the price
There wasn't a fridge in the room which would have been nice. Pretty clean. The new bathrooms are nive.

Adequate
Overall room was more than adequate and everything (air conditioner, shower, tv, lights, alarm clock etc) did what they were supposed to do. Bathroom lacked an exhaust fan and the sheets had seen a lot of miles and were showing their age. On the plus side, the lighting was good, the AC worked great and it had a nice adjustable shower head. The continental breafast was average, but they started putting things away about 20 minutes before the stated ending time. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Good location and service
I was there on a weekend when they didn't have any special events scheduled (wedding reception, etc) so it was a quiet weekend. The Hotel Club was fun and the service was great. Only negative: Continental breakfast staff not personable and they broke the breakfast bar down early.

Not bad
The hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. The continental breakfast was great (even offering hot food), I just wish that I would have remembered it the first morning. The only thing that fell short of my expectations was the appearance of everything. Kind of beat up. I didn't feel like it was dirty just kind of unneccesarily below average in looks.

we booked in haste, then read the reviews which were not good. they didn't do this hotel justice. staff helpful and friendly. rooms clean. location fine (Butler is not a garden spot). good bargain

Great location and price
The rooms were very clean. It was in a great location for shopping, and the town was beautiful. The pool was large and clean, the hot tub was also great. The resturaunt food was great.
