Knights Inn Pittsburgh Bridgeville

We chose the Knights Inn for its low price. After reading through reviews, I found the accomodations to be as expected. The manager and staff were attentive, helpful, and friendly and I believe the establishment, while a little old, has been updated recently. The only things I would say are 1) there was a little mold on the shower curtain, 2) there was dust in the corners of the small bathroom, 3) the room deodorizer was very potent and did not dissipate in the three days we were there (we kept the do not disturb sign on the knob) and 4) we loved the waffle maker at the breakfast bar!

If they could have put us on the front of the hotel instead of in the back of the hotel it would have been better. We got rudely woken up by the bread company at 3:35 in the morning. over all the stay was decent for a 2 day stay.

The man at the front desk was really crabby. Our room smelled like urine. The carpet was filthy (we wore shoes the whole time). There were half-patched holes in the wall. The bathroom door looked like it had been ripped off in a cage match and repaired with parts from a junk yard. The water was scalding hot. On the up-side: the a/c worked great, there was toast at the continental breakfast, and I think the sheets were clean. We would have left but were basically too tired to go somewhere else (and have to deal with getting a refund on a three-night pre-paid room).

Chose the hotel because it was near the interstate and a conference being held nearby. The desk in the room hadn't been cleaned, and the surface was greasy. The air conditioning and wi-fi worked. They had waffles, cereal, pastry and oj for breakfast. Worst coffee in the room and at breakfast. Way too weak. We felt they were more expensive than they should have been given their accommodations.

Management was very accommodating and welcoming. The room was clean with fresh towels, washcloths, and bed linen. A less expensive hotel that fits my expense budget. Very accessible to a major highway and shopping centers. Quiet location. A nice continental breakfast. Not fancy decorated with a lot of amenities, but clean. You might want to check it out on your next hotel reservation to Pittsburgh.

We only stayed one night so we didn't have to make a long drive after a night out. We didn't use any services or check out the breakfast offerings the next morning. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was adequate storage space for anyone planning and extended stay. There was a desk for working and a microwave & fridge. If was very reasonable.

visited family, so spent very little time at the rooms. The breakfast was simple, but "make your own" waffles were special. The rooms had seen better days, but were clean and fit our purposes fine.

The location of this hotel was the main criteria for my selection. I was in the area due to family concerns. Easy access to interstate and local businesses as well. The hotel was well maintained and the service was pleasant and thorough.

Spent 1/2 of my time in my room, the other half visiting family in Pittsburgh. Everything I needed was within 2 miles of the hotel... movies, food, entertainment and shopping malls. I will use this brand again.
