Hyatt Place Bethlehem

Lovely hotel and easily the best in the area. Very kind staff and very clean room. Only problem was the noisy air conditioner and blower which blows directly on one of the double beds. Other than that, it was a very nice place.

Everything was great except the breakfast could be improved. The coffee was the worst I've ever tasted so I went to get a tea and the box was empty. Dry pancakes, bagels without butter, jelly, pb or cream cheese. Wasnt thrilled with anything at the breakfast area.

Great spot for business travelers. The location is near all of the local offices and if you need a ride anywhere they have a free shuttle. The staff could not have been nicer. I will be staying here again when I return for another business trip.

My girlfriend and I stayed here while moving my things back to MA from Dayton, OH. By the time we arrived at the hotel, it was already 9:30pm. Our room was exactly as described, the main highlights being a large tv, a large couch, and a spacious mini fridge. It was a perfect place to stop and relax for the night, before getting back on the road the next day. The staff was very nice and provided us with menus from the local pizza shops and as stated, our room was spacious and comfortable on all levels. The parking the garage is right across from the hotel and with our room, we had complimentary parking which was nice. The only drawback would be the area. We did not venture out of the hotel, however, in the morning I looked out the window and right across the street were what seemed to be a pretty low income part of town. That sketched me out, so I do not think that I would recommend staying here to explore Bethlehem. My experience here overall was very good for my purpose, but I do not think there are many attractions near, other than Hershey (which is over an hour away).

Came to Bethlehem to visit family and spend time at Musikfest. The location was perfect. The hospitality was superb! The driver of the shuttle bus was courteous and took us anywhere we needed to go. We had two adjoining rooms and they were spacious. Loved the layout and was surprisingly pleased to see a refrigerator too. The beds were so comfortable, too. Some family members used the indoor pool. It's not big but they had fun. I used the exercise room and it had the equipment I needed. The cold continental breakfast was good. I wished hard boiled eggs were included. We will definitely return on our next visit to PA.

A nicely appointed newer hotel in a charming city. The room was clean, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful, a great valet service, and perhaps the most enjoyable feature was the lack of noise. It was quiet. The only drawback were the beds, they were a little on the stiff side.

Stayed for just one night with my girlfriend to get away from work/life. Got there late but the bar was still open for us and the staff was great.

The hotel is clean and located right in downtown Bethlehem, close to everything. The rooms are bright and clean, and have all the conveniences you need. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our short stay very much.

The Hotel was great and the staff helpful. The Breakfast paled in comparison to other hotels like the Hampton Inn.
