BEST WESTERN PLUS Lehigh Valley Hotel & Conference Center

Disappointed with this stay. We checked in at 3:30PM -- pretty much the first people there that day -- and they said they didn't have the non-smoking King room we paid for. So we ended up in a queen double, which isn't ideal for me as I'm a tall guy. One of the beds in the room seemed to have a busted box spring, but fortunately we didn't need that bed. The hotel was an old building -- I think years ago it was a Holiday Inn -- and the doors and bathrooms were pretty dingy -- lots of coats of paint over the years. The lobby and restaurants seemed much nicer; it's clear they spent money keeping up or improving that part of the hotel.

Average hotel catering to a party crowd and conventions. Staff not helpful. Clerk told us where our room was and we had to walk with the luggage cart to the far end of the motel. When I got to the room there was a back door that went right to a parking lot-the clerk could have told us. He was also unsure as to what the services offered were. Another guest came to complain there was no basket in her coffee maker. Instead of just going to an empty room and getting one he calls housekeeping and the guy comes and looks confused and says its a maintenence problem and of coure the mainitnence guy was out at the airport and now the poor guest would have to stay up to wait for him until he got back. To add to the hilarity of the siutation, when I got to my room, the basket was missing from that coffee pot too. I deciided to go without rather than call the front desk...

NO HOT WATER FOR TWO DAYS INCLUDING CHRISTMAS MORNING Front Desk Called Maintenance Twice With Various Excuses. It Took Five To Six Times To Get Outside Door Open With Electronic Key Cards. One Time Security Guard Was Standing Behind Us. Asked If He Could Have Someone Open The Door,He Said No And Left ! Spoke To General Manager Regarding Outstanding Issues And Asked To Be Compensated For The Problems Stated Above. Told Him That We Did Not Have A Pleasant Stay And Wanted A Refund On The Bill.[...]Would Not Stay Again !

Check-in was quick. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Complimentary breakfast was included and shuttle service was available if requested.

My only problem with this Best Western was the mattress. New ones are needed. Also the dusting of the room leaves a lot to be desired. Location is great-close to airport and my family and friends. Staff is friendly. Computer in lobby very handy and easy to use.

I thought my stay was just okay . The room was ordinary , the bathroom small but shower was decent. The foundry , end zone menu was overpriced and that which i ate lacked . The bargreat happy hours , good crowd . The only upside is tyhe staff , everyone of them all polite , helpful , and professional. Thumbs up housekeeping ....Thank you for a clean room. Oh update your televisions those SUCK.

Check in time very slow about 20 min wait because their Internet was down. [...]

I was in town for a wedding shower. I arrived at the hotel late (11pm) and checked out by 10:30am the next morning. I really just needed a clean place to sleep and shower. The hotel suited my needs but it wasn't anything special. The continental breakfast was not as good as I'm accustomed to getting at similar hotels. Also, the TV and cable line-up were terrible. I think there were 10 different sports channels but no TLC, Food Network, HGTV, etc. I felt that I paid too much for a hotel of this caliber but it was the going rate in the area that weekend (I think there were weddings and graduations).

Wonderful stay..... enjoyed the outing tremendously

The check in was fast and friendly. We enjoyed the whirlpool tub. Great location and the room was very big.
