convenient location to many attractions
check in was speedy and we were given a free firewood log. Also were given a slightly better price at check-in. The room was clean and quiet, however the jacuzzi tub's jets were very weak.A little disappointing because the room we had the prevoious trip was a bit better. I feel as though this last room did not quite measure up to our first experience.

Hidden gem
This hotel is hidden gem,doesn'tfeel like it is on street road.As soon as you on old street road,all the traffic noise are left behind.Room very clean quiet,wonderful jaccuzi & fireplace with the most comfortable bed .

In need of some updating
We stayed at the Inn about 6 years ago and really liked it. I don't think anything has been replaced in those 6 years. The bed was lumpy and way too soft, the towels were yellow and rough, the shower needed some Mr. Plumber, the carpet had burns in it. It's too bad, we were really looking forward to staying there.

The hotel room was average considering the unsanitary bathroom that had feces on the light switch. Our bed sheets were not crisp and there was evidence that someone elsecould have recently been there but didn't change the sheets. If i weren't extra prepard myself, I would have been completely upset and irked with my stay. If you choose this location please do so at your own risk. ang;

Great short getaway
Hotel was very nice property was pretty. Didn't have micro as told in brochure. Big bed and nice tub. Lots of places to eat nearby. Will stay again.

Nice Retreat
Overall it was an enjoyable experience. The location is just far enough off the beaten path that you feel like your are on a cozy island. The facility itself is located on beautiful acres of land but it is an aging facility that could use some upgrades. The room, whirlpool and showers were clean and tidy. We did experience some hot water issues and the hotel quickly offered to move us to another room so I can't complain about the service. My overall experience was a very relaxed one and I look forward to visiting again.

24th annivesary troubles
Very dissapointing.
very dissapointed with this hotel . after hearing so much about this hotel, it did not meet our expectations. this place needs an serious overhall. the grounds are horrible. needs lanscaping,the rooms are dated. one positve thing was the hotel receptionist was very understanding , tried everything to accomedate us. after trying several room changes we decided to make it through the night but will not stay again. ps we went back to first room offered.

Lovely Intimate Experience
For what I went to the hotel for , it was a perfect expeience. It was a very peaceful and enjoyable evening and i would love to stay again in the near future.I've stayed at this particular hotel in the past and each time i've been pleased with my stay.

Fantastic Getaway
This was a 3rd stay will be staying again. Very close to Franklin Mills Mall, Casino, Movies, all major restaurants. Just 30 minutes for Philadelphia.
