Great wedding party - but we weren't invited

Arrived after a very long day. Checked in, went to dinner and came back. When we opened the door, music was BLASTING from the wedding party in the courtyard below our room. Party til 11, we survived, only to be wakened at 6am sharp to chairs being scraped against the cement floor for the brunch to be served at 9am. Offered eggs & toast to pacify us. I said we should at least be given the buffet. They finally agreed. Also given a smoking room - didn't even know they still exist - yuck.

Husband & Wife Personal Business Trip

Far better than some of the reviews I read. Very attractive property. Breakfast was so-so, on Saturday--not free (15% coupon) as we thought. For the cost of room it should have been included. Hash I ordered seemed straight from can, and only warmed up, not grilled. Went to King's across street next day. Our room faced in over dining courtyard. There was a party in the dining courtyard Saturday night, it was lucky we did not want to turn in early, as there was a DJ--seemed like a fun party! Hot tub could be bigger, but was enjoyable. Lamps over bed were very annoying, we kept hitting our heads while watching TV--

Hotel was OK

The location was good for where we needed to be, but the hotel is in need of some upgrades and maintenance. All of the staff were very nice.

Overpriced and Underserviced

Older facility that is in the process of renovation. They have a long way to go. Sound insulation is non-existent. Our room did not have bath towels when we checked in. After 20 minutes expired after a call to the front desk, I went to the front desk and received one bath towel. Two more bath towels arrived 10 minutes later. Ice machine on our floor was broken. Had to take elevator to first floor for ice. The cost of $98 is twice what the room is worth.

Anniversary getaway

Nice rooms on the outside overlooking Plank Road. Some rooms in the back diod not have a view. some rooms opened up into the dining courtyard, which seemed strange. there were rooms that opened up to the indoor pool would be bery nice if you had children. Staff was great let us look at a few of the rooms and pick the one we liked, very relaxing getaway for my wife and I.

Good Rates

Staff was adequate, pricing was good. However, hotel needs an immediate makeover. Room had a dank smell and the elevator didn't work the next morning. Finally, restaurant was very understaffed for morning breakfast- had to eat elsewhere.
