horrible, wyndam hotels should be ashamed to put their name on a property such as this,, construction debris in hallway, rooms were dirty, stains on furniture, nasty staff

You get what you pay for with this hotel. If you want the cheapest hotel is a good location to access Route 22 then this is it. But don't expect something that is very clean, smells nice, is quiet, etc. I'm glad we only had to stay one night.

Italian Restaurant in shopping center just below the hotel. Good food but kind of pricy.

Dissapointing accomendations
This hotel was in need of repair. The carpeting had holes in it and staples sticking out of it. The fabric furniture was stained and needed to be cleaned. The shower curtain and rod were hanging on a thread. Would never stay at a Knights Inn again.

great location for way stop in-between end points. There is shopping and food walking distance from hotel. Walls are a bit thin.

What you'd expect
I stayed here for one night while in town for work just because the price seemed to be better than other places nearby. I'm a pretty low maintenance person, so I wasn't expecting it to be the Hilton. The room was clean, but it was outdated. Parking was easily available, and it was free. The door was secure, but I was a little leery of the window, as this was a first floor room that I was given. Probably would not have been difficult for someone to break in if they wanted to. The room came with a double bed (not queen), a small fridge and small microwave. There was a little window seat, and a desk. It would've been cozy for two people. The walls are not very thick, as the neighbors making noise late into the night kept me up. Access to 22 is very good from here, and there are lots of stores and fast food places nearby. I did NOT try to use wifi, so I can't speak to whether it was available. I didn't need it to use my smart phone. Overall, if I had to stay in Allentown again, I would go back here, but only if the price is right.

There is a little place that opened nearby that is sort of like Panera called "Zoup" that was very good. Fresh soups, sandwiches and salads. I liked it better than Panera, actually. It is a nice alternative to the other fast food places nearby.

The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located near various points of interest. ie; malls, movie theatre, highways and hang out spots.

a simple hop, skip and jump (literally) will get you to the shopping mall which is nearby.

"Nice exterior, rooms need lots of work"
Hallway was littered with wrappers and pieces of paper. Broken screen in window. Grill on air conditioner was broken. Carpeting stained more than one would expect. Bath towels very worn out. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Mixed Feelings
The location is great, especially if you like to shop. The hotel is at the edge of a large plaza.Therefore, in minutes you can walk to all types of stores and restaurants!You are located at the expressway entrance, so travel is super easy!The room was clean,yet very small, and there is a simple breakfast each morning. It was frustrating to have the ice machine broken the entire stay!(In 80degree weather!)The breakfast area could have been kept cleaner and have a few more tables. You are not allowed to remove food from the breakfast area, but there are 12 chairs available for seating! I had to stand to eat one morning!(on weekdays breakfast is until 9, later would be nice!) Coffee is available 24/7. Refrigerater , no micowave in room. Overall its an okay place to stay for a short time at a good price.

Great shopping potential! Walk to stores like Taget, Christmas tree shop, and DSW. Hop on the expressway and you are minutes away from multiple plazas and a "large" shopping mall.Many restaurants closeby as well.

The hotel ice machine was not working and that is ridiculous to stay in a hotel without ice machine working.
