Was what you pay for
The night check in person was not very helpful and a bit rude. The weekend guy was great! He brought me a working hairdryer and helped me locate the site for the wedding at Edgefield. Thank you so much [...]!The fitness center was a big let now!

Good Value Hotel
We stayed in this hotel the first year it was built and returned throughout the years. It has changed hands over the years but remains a clean hotel with excellent staff. Amenities are adequate but the hotel is in a truck stop neighborhood with all that that entails. Hot breakfast was appreciated but as with all hotels offering breakfast, space was limited. Staff went over and above to make our stay comfortable. We'll stay there again on overnighters but wouldn't stay a week for a vacation.

Good Value for the area
The room was what we needed for this trip. However it is very difficult to find the driveway into the motel. On a one-way street in between buildings and truck-stops. Shari's is in the same parking lot so we didn't have to look too far for a meal. The hotel did offer a nice free breakfast.

Be aware that the street is ONE WAY and ask how to get back to the motel if you are new in the area.

Nice hotel
I had a very pleasant stay at the Comfort Inn in Troutdale, OR. The staff was very friendly and the room comfort was great!
