Very comfortable, good value
My husband and I needed a room to get away for a little while as we were in Portland for a Memorial. The bed was super comfy, we had the king with the jacuzzi tub, which we loved! Huge room, the pillows were comfortable, everything was clean, the breakfast was good and they had fresh baked cookies in the lobby that evening. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

My review of Best Western Cascade Inn & Suites
We checked into the hotel and after going to the room, we could smell that it was a smoking room. At that time I went down to the front desk and asked to please be moved into a non-smoking room, the front desk clerk informed me that this was a non-smoking room. I asked him why there was an ash try in the room and why it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. He informed me that someone must have placed the ash-tray in the room, but he would move me to another non-smoking room. I went back upstairs to gather my bags and looked...there was not a non-smoking symbol on the door...so in fact it was a smoking room. The room that we were moved to was a non-smoking room right by the smoking room and had a very stale lingering cigarette smell about the room as well.

Great place to stay.
Very Nice location. Nice room, roomy. Friendly staff. Restaurant just down the street. Very good food. Lovely breakfast.

Comfortable Stay in a Clean Motel
The Best Western Cascade Inn and Suites was a very clean and modern motel. The room was large and clean with a practical layout and nice extras like a fridge and a microwave. The location allowed very quick access to the Portland Airport, the Columbia River Gorge, and Downtown Portland. I will definitely keep this in mind when I need to stay in the Portland area.
