Don't let the picture fool you!
If all you need is a place to lay your head, then this hotel will work for you. They don't use fitted sheets on their beds, so prepare to come in contact with the mattress. For me this overloaded my "ICK!" factor way beyond being ok. The staff is nice, courteous, and helpful. While I was there, the spa didnt work, the saunas didnt work, and their excercise equipment was out of order. The continental breakfast was nice for me, but then I practically live on cereal. So if you're expecting more than cereal and toast, prepare to be disappointed. Overall, the hotel is basic. Nothing less, nothing more. I will not be staying there again for the price. The motels with numbers in their names are way cheaper, and at least use fitted sheets.

Tigard Shiloh
This Shiloh just lacked the style / comfort of what Shiloh represents in its corp. image. This was like a step up from Motel 6. The staff was great and the place was quiet, just wasn't what I expected.

Close to Shopping
Hotel needs to be updated. TV was blurry. I have stayed at other hotels that were much nicer at te same price. Would not stay there again.

Convenient location, great hotel staff
This hotel is conveniently located to good restaurants and shopping. Hotel staff was extremely helpful. We rode our motorcycles and were rained in for a few hours past check-out and they generously let us stay in our room past check-out time!! It truly helped us out!! The spa pool and sauna rooms were a treat. Would definitely stay with them again!

Not bad for the price.
The room was a bit small for two adults, but we didn't spend a lot of time there so it was fine. The breakfast was ample - bagels, bread, muffins, yogurt, cereals, fruit - although I missed my usual morning egg. Nice hot tub, sauna, and workout room. Overall review: Nothing fancy, but definitely sufficient and worth the price. [...]

This is the place to stay in Tigard.
I just spent four peaceful, comfortable, enjoyable days at this Shilo Inn. The bed was so comfortable, the room was clean and fresh. The staff was especially friendly, professional and quite helpful with my questions and needs. The only thing I would change is the pillows on the bed...need to be "fluffier"! I will most definitely be staying here on my next visit to the Portland/Gresham/Salem area which will be around the holidays. I am a senior lady who travels alone and I never felt uncomfortable or uneasy anytime during my stay and traveling around the city.

Everything like dining, shopping, getting on and off the freeway, movies, distance from Portland, Gresham, Salem is a relatively easy and short drive.

Not bad for the price...
The hotel was kind of outdated. The bathroom was amazing though. It was clean and new looking. I did inform the front desk that they needed new towels. There was only 1 non stained towel in the room. yikes!

It was clean and the people were nice and helpful. The exercise are was poor the treadmill worked but the only other piece was a pulley weight gym that was not hooked up. The TV in their did not work but the sauna did work. but paint peeled. The free breakfast was very limited.
