Nice for travel executives
Very comfortable location and friendly staff. But the restroom should have been better and the washing sink is not in the restroom but right next to the front door. This is unusual compared to my other hotel stays. Check with the management on this before stepping in to the room.

Staff needs some help
Clerk at check in was not friendly, more like we were bothering her day then a welcome greeting to a guest. Other then that the rest of the staff (evening, and breakfast staff) were very nice. Clean nice rooms.

beautiful room great price
We were in Portland for a wedding - the only problem with the hotel was the distance from the airport and the wedding site - The price was right and the room was great.

Comfortable and Great Location
Very comfortable suite, with mini fridge and microwave, L-shaped office table, and sofa. My sister and I were visiting her daughter for four days. Close to the freeway, shopping, great food places. Loved the waffles for breakfast. Nice indoor pool, but we never had time to try it out. A very nice stay!

Stay at the Phoenix Inn Tigard!
We really enjoyed our hotel room. The bed was softer than most hotels, and the room was pretty spacious too with the couch and the kitchenette. very clean too. The continental breakfast was good. There were waffles and eggs every day (among other things). There were also either sausage, omelettes, or french toast on a rotation, so breakfast was much better than most free continentals that just have pastries and yogurt. We'll be staying here again next time, I think.

Great hotel!! Excellent staff!!
I wasn't sure what we were going to get with this hotel it being so cheap, but this hotel is very nice! The beds are awesome and and free breakfast in the morning you can't beat! I will stay there again! The staff was very nice! Better than some upscale hotels around!
