Great stop for an overnight get away
The location is excellent. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Will probably stay here again. Lots of overhead noise when you stay on the first floor will request the top floor next time.

low prices, comfortable setting
We visited our kids for the weekend.... but the location of Motel 6 was very convenient. Other than housekeeping opening our door and walking in on us, our experience was good.

Farm girl visits the city
Great place to stay!
I had business in the Portland area and needed a place that was clean, comfortable and easy on the pocketbook. This motel fit my needs perfectly.The staff was very friendly and helpful.Another important thing was the ability to find the motel easily. This was easy to find, not too far from the freeway, but it was far enough that there wasn't any noise from the road, so I got the rest I needed to get my business done.So I am very happy with the motel[...]

Great price, great location, great staff
My wife and I make the 4+ hrs drive to Portland twice a year and we always stay overnite. We previously stayed at other hotels until we came accross Motel 6 - Tigard West. We found it to be in a great easy access area. Part of our itinerary when coming to Portland is dinner at Claim Jumpers Restaurant which is less than 5 minutes away!

Sightseeing tip:
Short drive from hotel
On this excursion we decided to visit the Oregon Zoo which is about 40 minutes northwest. Originally coming from Calif, we've visited The San Francisco Zoo, The Oakland Zoo and The San Diego Zoo and have found the Oregon Zoo to have been the nicest experience. Very nice landscaping!
