very BAD

The worse hotel ever!!staff was horrible. The maid stole money and medications and security of our rooms were horrible. The toilet wasn't bolted to the floor the window locks was a stick. Breakfast was old cold and the worse ever! The front desk clerk (stormy) or if that was her name she pointed to a card when I asked her name, was so rude she even went as far as calling me a liar.Do not book this hotel you will regret it.

Night in Eugene.

My friend and I had a good experience at the hotel except for one thing. The web site had it listed as the Shilo Inn. We searched all over and couldn't find it. We finally learned the name had changed a year ago.

Would stay again

It wasn't what I expected, but it wasn't horrible. The staff is honest and nice. Only major complaint was we didn't get our room made up 2 of the three nights and we left by 11am. The showers had good water pressure and the air and heat worked awesome... The beds weren't bad at all. Not the best hotel in town but worth a couple nights if you need a comfy place to sleep!

Duck Game Weekend

This hotel was a pretty ok deal. When there is a football game the same weekend it is hard to find a room that isn't sky high in price. This one was ok. Seemed older and well used but did seem clean aside from the stained carpets.

Conveniently Located, Inexpensive Price

The greatest aspect of the Hotel Eugene-Springfield is undoubtedly it's close location to everything in Eugene. It is easily accessibly from I-5, close to the Gateway Mall for anything you might need, and a quick drive from downtown Eugene.

Booked hotel pictures that was provided on the web page is nothing like what the hotel looks like. YES they are in the middle of remodeling, walking down to room the hallway carpet was very wet, fans were blowing to circulate the stale air. In the room it was average nothing special about the beds defiantly not what the pictures showed. YES they have an outdoor pool it was very clear BUT was unavailable to anyone for the four of July weekend due to chemicals where added. The breakfast consist of premade waffles, loafs of bread to pop in to toaster, bananas, cold cereal, biscuits/gravy cold (which I think thats why they had microwaves. This stay was not one we will be repeating, yes it was low price but not low enough for what the hotel looked, smelled like, and comfort. I STRONGLY advise that any one that has lung issuses such as astma not stay.

Dump!

Dirty, poorly managed, and down right awful...... The only reason to stay in this sorry hotel was for a shuttle to the airport, no shuttle,! Breakfast was non-eatable, recycled food.
