Seaside Vacation Homes Inc. offers premiere privately held two to six bedroom homes and condos on the North Coast. Near Ocean properties are located on average two properties off the beach and have easy access via foot to the edge of the water. Ocean Front properties face the ocean with unobstructed views of the water and include all linens, a fully stocked kitchen and availability of household cleaning products at no additional charge. Each home has a TV with cable access and DVD player. Many homes offer Internet and fireplaces. However, these amenities are subject to availability. Please contact the property after booking to arrange check-in times and final payment of your cleaning fee. A damage deposit is not collected. However, guests are required to submit a credit card to be kept on file in the event of damage occurring during their stay. Pets are not allowed. Prior to arrival, guests must call ahead of time to arrange payment of the cleaning fee, which ranges between USD 50 to USD 85. All assignments will meet or exceed the booked unit type, and the property will do its best to fulfill any special requests. Please keep in mind the capacity of a group must not exceed the occupancy description listed or additional fees apply. Check-in is at 4 pm. Please call Seaside Vacation Homes lnc. at 1-503-738-0982 upon receiving your booking confirmation to pay the cleaning fee as described in property description and receive instructions for check-in. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Check-out is at 11 am. Please call the property at 1-503-738-0982 at least 24 hours in advance for after hours check-in instructions. Seaside is the most popular ocean resort in the Northwest due to its location only 90 minutes from Portland. Enjoy pristine coastlines, numerous family activities, nearby parks, mild climate, year-round events, excellent shopping and dining.

Seaside Vacation Homes

The house was very nice, well-maintained, and clean. It was convenient to all our activities. There is a lot to do around Seaside, but the weather kept us from doing too much until our last day. The only unpleasant part was not knowing where we would be staying and delaying the start of our trip waiting for a return call. We have rented many vacation homes and ALWAYS were notified at least a week in advance the location of the rental.
