Nice place, close to downtown
The room was clean and nice. Since it was during the off season, it was very quiet. We were within walking distance to just about everything we wanted to do. Only had to hop in the car a couple times.

If you go during the busy season, make sure you have reservations. It might now be a bad idea to have them even during the off season as well. If the restaurant you choose is a popular one, it doesn't matter what time of year you go. They'll be busyl

great last-minute beach trip for under $100
The hotel was quite alright and great for the price, yhough there were very few other guests and it seemed like they should offer us an upgrade or something.

Eat breakfast at the hotel and save a bunch for family breakfast! It was only okay food, but saved enough money to allow for great lunch.

nice weekend getaway
Very nice hotel! Clean, modern, large room, bathroom, great view from the balcony. Comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay very much. Will come again. The only problem was the weather, it rained for two days, but that is not the hotel's fault, the last day was beautiful though!

Fabulous location, wonderful room
A wonderfully updated room with comfortable bed, including pillows of various types (soft, medium, etc.) and a bed cover of simple, chic style. Fabulous location nestled near the river and a mere short walk to the old town bustling with lovely shops, restaurants, and the beach! Complimentary breakfast every morning -- an excellent way to start your beachtown day. And don't forget to snag a warm, freshly baked cookie in the hotel lobby on your way in/out each afternoon. Overall, wonderful hotel experience with economical yet comfortable all-around service. A marvelous value for your Seaside stay!

Trip to Seaside
The hotel in general was great, but you guys service was not so great. When we were booking our room, there was only one room left with king bed and jacuzzi in the room. When we arrived, they notified us that the website where we book out hotel just randomly selects a room. Well, first of all, that is not fair for those people looking for a great trip 'ONCE IN A LIFETIME" AND IT TURNS OUT TO BE ALL FAKE. But this just tells us that we wont be booking here again. The staff was wonderful and were able get us into a room that was close to what we wanted.

Anniversary overnighter
My husband and I have only been to Seaside a few times, and never overnight. I was desperately searching for available rooms and decided on this one, even though the price was high (but it is the high season). I loved being right in downtown Seaside, and the pool and jacuzzi were perfect at the end of the night. Check-in and out were easy and I was surprised at the selection for the complimentary breakfast. Usually they are pretty gross...would stay again.

Good Hotel
I was a good hotel although didn't think the river view was all that special. You could walk to the shops and the beach from this hotel I just wish it was a little cheaper for the location.

Family Stay
We only had time for an overnight visit. The room was very nice, the location of the hotel was centrally located and the breakfast great. The only complaint that I had was that the bed was too soft and I rolled toward my husband. Having a bad back made this very uncomfortable.
