Good,but...
Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, complimentary breakfast good. What's with hotels putting shower heads at 5', not everyone is under 5' tall, my husband is 6'2" and has to bend down to shower no fun and uncomfortable. But the hotel is located next door to Costco and at 4:00 AM the loading dock opens and all you hear is metal slamming, trucks in and out, very noisy. BAD LOCATION.

Very Dissatisfied Customer
I would never stay here again!!!!
First off the parking spaces in this hotel are so small it is very hard to fit a full size SUV (GMC Yukon) into the spaces. The spaces look like they are for compact vehicles! The rooms are supposed to be renovated but they still looked out of date. The carpet was very dirty and the bathroom had not been adequetly cleaned. There was a open shampoo bottle left in the bathroom and hair still in the tub! For the price of this hotel I am sure that the hotels that are within walking distance of this hotel would be better choice. Right accross the street is the Best Western (Mill Creek), and the Comfort Suites & Marriot are just down the road. The pool was very small. This hotel is not worth it!

Not bad, not great
The complimentary breakfast was very nice, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a room with 2 queen beds and it was pretty cramped. The desk was unusable because the chair was so low, and there was not another comfortable chair you could use to read or watch tv. The room was very clean.

very enjoyable stay at the Holiday Inn
The staff was very personal and friendly. They checked us in early when we asked. The hotel was very clean and enough room in the dining area for the breakfast and always had fresh coffee.
