Value was extremely good with the breakfast included. Even without the breakfast it was a good value. Only one thing and one thing only I didn't like and that was the pillows. They were large and I think stuffed with foam. I can't sleep with these size pillows and I was awakened several times during the night because of this. The room included a small refrigerator, coffee, and I would say everything else. Would definitely stay there again but bring my own down pillows from home.

older facility with nice big rooms. however, with our dependence on electronics today, it was frustrating to discover that there were not enough outlets to charge electronics, and the few outlets that were in the room were "loose" i.e. our chargers were falling out of the outlets and could not stay on to charge. I have never had this problem anywhere else. Otherwise I had a clean room. Free breakfast across the street at Denny's was a bonus. Amenities like shampoo, etc dispensed from a dispenser. I dont mind that, but staff needs to make sure that it is refilled- I barely got any conditioner out of the dispenser.

my stay was very comfortable from my walk in on the first day where i was greeted with a warm cookie until my last day when i printed out my airline ticket to go. Staff were an excellent help and very friendly. Our room was large, modern, and clean, clean, clean! The location was the great. Close to highways and main roads. i was very pleased and look forward to staying here again on my next visit!

Staying at the BWMC was a good choice for an extended business trip. The room was quiet, business office facilities adequate, staff helpful.

This is not a brand new hotel, but the rooms are large and very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location is convenient to restaurants.

It's hard to beat the value this hotel offers. Very helpful & friendly staff. Large rooms. The location may not be what you are looking for (Other than Denny's, and airport, not much close by). Free breakfast at Denny's was a treat.

We stayed for 10 nights because we were "downsizing" things in our local storage and also visiting friends. The hotel is full-service (indoor pool, exercise room, business office with printer, microwave and refrig in room, drop-down iron and ironing board, hair dryer, table and desk in room, free internet, and two double-bed sized beds for the "twin" room!) The rooms are quite large, very quiet, very clean as is the bathroom with sinks inside and outside, tub/shower in bathroom. This is the nicest hotel (3 story motel type) we have ever experienced in 40 years of travel. Free breakfast at hotel-owned 24-hour Denny's 100 feet away. Not buffet style, but a "build-it-yourself" menu with good choices. AARP card gets 20% discount for evening meals! Cannot think of anything to improve! Location is 0.5 mile drive from Super-Walmart. Close to Salem airport but no noise. About 10 minute drive to downtown.

This hotel provides quick and easy access to both the I-5 freeway and the Salem Convention Center, and much less expensive than staying downtown. It is also close to Lancaster Drive where there are many food options and other stores for any amenities you might need. The staff respected my "privacy please" card in the door slot which I truly appreciated!
