Very Clean and comfortable
Came for my BMW business but took advantage of the hiking opportunity on the Umpqua trail. [...] was very nice.Use room 106 as it is at the end, best room!This small hotel knows service.Go to Casey's breakfast for food, awesome!

Assorted dinning places near by. Shopping areas not very far. Drive through like McDonalds open late at night. People very friendly every where we went.

It was ok!
It was ok. I thought the price for what you got was a little high. Location as great. Central Roseburg. I got on the Stephens street and went all over Roseburg. Easy to find. The breakfast was just cereal, small muffins, and a little bit of fruit. Just enough for a snack.

good stay, close location
check in and out was a breeze. the location was perfect, an entire hwy exit closer than the other national brands. The WiFi was wired but we only had one computer so that wasn't a problem. Would have preferred to only pay $50/night, but being closer to the tournament was a plus.

A Good Value
If you're looking for a decent inexpensive hotel like I do, this is a good choice. If you want luxurious amenities, this is not for you.

Clean and comfortable place for a good night's sleep.
If you are looking for a clean, comfortable room at a reasonable price, this is a great place to stay. It is pretty basic. There is no pool, fitness center or other extras that most of us don't use anyway. However, they did have a hair dryer, iron & ironing board, microwave and refrigerator. There was also coin operated laundry facilities on the property. The room was in good condition and nicely decorated. The only drawback was the air conditioner was pretty noisey.

There was an Asian restaurant right next door, however, we didn't eat there. It is just a short drive to many other restaurants.
