Old hotel with bad service

This hotel charges on the number of guests even for the same room. Not that I tried to get a bunch of people into the same room, its the difference between 1 and 2. I never had this done to me by any hotel so I don't usually take the time out to register the number of guests for all the rooms. After paying more, we got double-queen instead of our booked king rooms. The hotel clerk told me they are sold out of king. After 10 minutes of defining what reservation means, they agreed to give us 1-king for the one that was registered for 2 guests. They told us that since we only have 1 guest registered with the other room, they can't give us king bed. They finally gave us all king rooms but the damages was already done.

You get what you pay for.

I was there for a job interview. The hotel seemed OK when I arrived, but not much above a Motel 6 at first sight. All of the towel racks were pulled out from the walls and had been shoved back in with the screws. The screws were only placed in drywall without any sheetrock anchors. I was disturbed most of the night by a drunken party in the room below me and in the morning when I walked to my vehicle I was greeted by a large puddle of vomit next to my vehicle. So, no it was not a pleasant experience and I would not stay there again.

A difficult one to find but good value

The Hotel was fine finally. However it proved near impossible to find at the start. The directions should have stated that the best point of access was thru a major shopping center. A sat nav may have got us there easier but just be careful.

we were given a room and carpet was very dirty and old looking. Having a 2 year old son that would run around , my wife complaint requesting a refund. Then the staff gave use a nice clean room with a clean carpet. That first room they gave to us should never be given out at that condition.

yuck

This hotel was a stop on the way to California. The hotel has a nice lobby and the outside looks clean but the rooms are dirty and stink. The sheets are old and stained. I was disappointed...

OK in Pinch

/Basically for the price it was OK. Right next to the freeway so it was noisy. Nothing fancy, just the basics.

not really good.

Overall it was okay. The room I got was stinky. I found some rotten food bits or something under the sink. Looks like it wasn't well vacuumed. Breakfast was okay, better than I expected,it was okay. Was overcharged for using orbitz, would have been cheaper to book room directly from the hotel. That was a rip off for an uncleaned room. Lady at the counter was rude and charged me extra for some hidden fees they had. She didn't feel bad or give an explanation at all. It was a decent place, but for the price could have gotten a nicer cleaner room.

A reasonable stay

My wife and I only needed an overnight stay, on our way up to Washington state. For this purpose, and given its location, this hotel is adequate. Otherwise, its room facilities are rather minimal. Very small wash area and no hair dryer were most noticeable, together with a chipped wash basin showing dark metal.

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

The hotel is located in a small shopping center, next to the highway (Interstate Rt 5), and within walking distance to another shopping center
